I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying from them!

I bought a ring here and two weeks later I noticed one of the tiny diamonds fell out. I took it back to the store and the first thing they told me was “that it’s my fault because I bumped it”. I can assure you that even if I bumped the ring my bigger diamond ring on the same finger, that sits higher, that I bought from somewhere else, would have been hit first. The salesman/conman stated it’s like a car if you drive it and get into an accident it is your fault. I believe the quality of the ring is in question, because if I bumped the ring the other ring that sits higher would have a diamond missing. To me the ring should be more sturdy than that. They then procedure to charge me to fix the ring that I bought from them. Another two weeks later the same diamond is fell out again! I am beyond pissed! I haven’t gone back in to fix it as yet because I just noticed it when I got up this morning. Now I have to spend more time to drive over to the store and wait for them to tell me that it’s my fault again! I am not putting this review out her to be malicious, I am just warning people to be careful on what they purchase from them it’s not guaranteed and not built well.

Update1/4/17: I took the ring back today to tell them about the white gold turning yellow I. The area they sized up for me, and the diamond that I had to pay to get repaired fell out again and they they didn’t blame me this time. I hope they don’t charge me to pick it up because I have the time now I can take them to small claims court. I just don’t want them to do this to others. As a business owner I would not do this to others why do people in South Florida feel this is right? I will keep you...

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is a scam. You walk in and all of the associates are on their phones and not welcoming customers. I went in to get my ring resized and was approached by Michael Angelo. He went on to tell me that my ring size would be complicated because of my knuckles. He then told me that the service would take all day that it would be $208.00 for the service. I found that to be expensive but he insisted that the process was lengthy and that it was the price for this service. The very next day I went back because the ring was still slipping off of my finger. He insisted that the ring was sized correctly and that they were not able to resize it. He could sense that I was frustrated because after paying $208.00 my ring still did not fit. Today I went to Jared on Pines Blvd and Hiatus. As soon as the gentleman saw my ring he says wow that is huge for you. He sized me down to a 4 and then told me that due to my large knuckles he recommends putting sizing beads to help with the ring not spinning around and around. He told me that their price is $78.00 to resize any ring and with the beads it was a total of $135.00!!!!! Paradise Jewelry refused to refund me for their crap job. And for kicks Jared did my ring in 30 minutes!!!!! They shined it and their customer service was amazing. DO NOT COME HERE. Shop around. Go see the professionals at Jared which is in the shopping plaza from this place. You will not regret going anywhere...

Wow. What can I say. Thought they were great until I found out I was cheated on price. Saw, liked and priced a Guess watch in the store. They said $120. Took a photo of the watch and passed it along to my wife and kids hinting at what I wanted for Christmas. Christmas day I get the watch as a gift. Super happy, until finding the receipt today. The receipt shows my wife purchasing the watch the same day I priced it, but with a sales price of $150. I check the internet and I am seeing the watch priced at $99. Now I feel cheated.

I know profit is the name of the game, but not happy my wife was given a price $30 more then I was told. I didnt negotiate the price I got so feel my wife was robbed. At this point I am upset and advised her I am returning the watch. Read the receipt and they have a no refund policy and you can only exchange an item for store credit, but within a 7 day window. Since I am just finding this reciept, I am out of luck.

I had just found this place 3 month prior and had done business with them on three occasions in that time. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere, because I hate doing business where people are...
