Sleeprite Mattress and Furniture Hanover, PA — Attraction in Penn Township

My wife found out about the Hanover Sleeprite location through a Facebook group. They took over the old Just Cabinet building in South Hanover. We didn't have high expectations due to Hanover really never having a good furniture store. We met Dave who explain they just started moving items into the store from the York location. We told him what we are looking for and he gave us mutliple options and explained the different brands and the quality of the furniture he stocks. His knowledge of the furniture and what would work best for our family needs is what made us decide to buy. While looking at the different options Dave gave us space to experience the differences in each sectional. For me it was to check the internet to see if we are getting the deal. We did save over $1500 on the sectional we purchased but the savings wasn't the deciding factor in the purchase it was the 3 year in house warranty and the peace of mind that Dave gave us in buying from him. Now being from Hanover having a truck and 3 trailers is a standard for living here but when he gave the suggestion of delivery and set up it made this whole buying experience painless. Dave sent us a text on the day/time and then Dwayne sent me a text when he was hour out. The customer service experience continued and the care of our home from setup to.clean up was unbelievable. Doing business with Sleeprite Mattresses and Furniture in York, Pa. was a positive experience, from my first communication with Deana to Dave ( sales manager) to the delivery crew. Deana set up the appointment. Communication was positive and she responded quickly to my questions. Dave ( sales manager) knew his product. He was very nice, patient, not pushy. He gave my husband & I the space and time we needed to make our decision in buying the right sectional that fit our needs and decor. He helped us get the best product for our $$$.👍🏽😊. The prices were a little higher than we thought they would be according to the fbmp add but this didn’t a brake the deal.
