I Love being part of Curves & being a member I have met so many Wonderful people. I Love the Strength & Cardio Workout the I get in 1/2hrs. I Love the Positive & Caring up beat feeling I receive from the Coaches for me to reach My Goal! I Love the Nutrition Food Health program I am learning about for losing weight & maintain a Healthy weight. This Curves Club on Sterling in Peoria, IL has a very very friendly atmosphere. The ladies who help you master the workout machines are extremely helpful to everyone who require assistance. I personally think the owner of the club, Kim, is a great example to all her customers as she has personally used the circuit and the Curve diet to obtain her goals and has empathy for those of us just starting on the Curves program. Being weight loss, body strengthening, or whatever combination of healthy reshaping you may need. Some years ago I saw a friend of mine who looked like she really lost weight. So I asked her where she went and she told me Curves. Then when I moved to Peoria I saw one and at first procrastinated, but finally joined. All I can say is if you've struggled to get to where you want to get, you need to try out Curves. The staff is so helpful, and going through the circuit will have you in and out in no time.
