One star because there’s no way to give a ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS. I moved out of state so I wanted to change my club to where I live. I tried doing it online but it said “To manage your membership, please contact your home club”. Weird, because PF website says you can transfer your home club online 90 days after you’ve been a member at one club. Yet, I couldn’t do it, so I had to call them. They asked me for membership information and address of the new PF location I want to transfer to. Told me it will be done in a week. (Not sure why a few click of buttons on the mouse takes a week). Anyways, I waited for a week, but it wasn’t done. I called again, and they asked me for all of the information again. Again, I was told it will be done in a week. It’s now been three weeks. I called one more time, and now this other guy tells me I can’t move clubs over the phone and I had to be there in person because I need to “sign”. I asked him if I could cancel the membership since I have moved to a different state, and he said the same thing about having to be there in person to cancel as well. They want me to keep paying for something that I absolutely cannot use. I can neither move clubs, nor cancel my membership. Only option I have now is to remove my card information from the app and never look back at Planet Fitness.
TL;DR: TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...

It started out as a good gym but since I made a complaint at the HyVee next door, now I’m getting staff slamming doors near where I’am while rapping gangster lyrics, just about every machine I use, some white guy wants to know when I’m done with it.
I was already being harassed by a white security guard in the parking lot in front of this location.
Coincidence that this sudden change happened after I reported a fraudulent transaction from HyVee on my bank account from one of the cashier’s? Not at all. Let’s see if Planet Fitness Corporate knows about this.
