Worst experience ever. This business is dishonest, does poor work, and does not hold staff accountable. I took my Samsung fold 5 in for repairs under warranty. A pixel died on the interior large screen. When I got the phone back, the pixel was fixed, but the outer screen no longer worked. I brought it back immediately and was told sometimes when they remove the small screen to access the inside of the phone for repairs, it doesn't seat right when they put it back on and that they would check for "loose wires." They didn't find anything wrong and told me to bring it back another day and it would be fixed under the warranty with a whole new screen. I brought it back when they said, they in took it, and fixed it, installing a new small screen, but then said Samsung did not approve the repair, so they argued with me and Samsung for 3 hours, then removed the new screen and replaced it with the one that didn't work while they made me wait. Then when I got it back it was missing the sim tray. I went back to the store to pick it up and it was smashed to bits. They accused me of dropping it off like that and refused to fix it. Unbelievable experience. Avoid at all costs. Send your phone in to get repaired. Don't trust this vendor. Update: Vendor just responded to my criticism as if I hadn't tried to address this with the staff and management already. Underscores how disingenuous they are. I spoke to the district manager who took no responsibility for the damages to my phone. She pointed her finger at Samsung, despite her staff having broken the small screen and sim tray. She was rude, unprofessional and did nothing to address my concerns. With a district manager with this attitude, no surprise the staff feel empowered to break hardware...

I do not recommend! Try the San Rafael location you will have better luck.

Here is my story: Samsung warranty send me there with an appointment since it's very close to my house Go to the store (this store) the day of, they had no appointment and not the part.. ok this can happen. We make an appointment for the following week after they order the part (new screen) Come back one week later after trying to call for hours but they never pick up to find that they did not have the "machine" to replace my screen and tried to push me to Napa store. I answered : Call me when you receive the machine I will come back. they never called back.. never answered the phone endedup going to the store 2 weeks later to ask if they had the machine.. dude had no idea what I was talking about. He took my phone for repair that same day.. I was pretty happy.. Came back at night to get my phone, the had done nothing and the guy told me: we ran it through a scan and it came back with an error. It needs to be sent to samsung.. this made no sense. looks like they were just lying. Called samsung which had no idea of what this lie could be about and told me to go to San Rafael. Went to San Rafael location and they changed my screen the same day, no question asked.. They seemed to know about Petaluma location just playing with clients.

That was a long story sorry, but I hope it will be usefull for somebody who is also being played by this terribly...

Asurion has been there for me before when I Had cracked my last screen. Their excellent, as far as scheduling and showing up on time and working with me Directly.

This was second time I called Assureion To have my screen replaced. Everything went very smoothly. The scheduling was great. The technician was right on. he was polite and very professional. But I had to turn him away at the door because my screen protector, and my phone was absolutely fine. I had tried to cancel the appointment the day before, but it was a holiday, and I don’t believe anybody was in the office. So, even though I didn’t have any work done by this last time, the technician was polite, very professional, punctual, understanding, and canceled my appointment, and took care of the paperwork. I would recommend ASSURION to all my friends. This is a good company and it’s a fair price for the insurance. The fact that they come to your house is wonderful. Because I’m a very busy person and my schedule doesn’t allow for a lot of Extra free time. Assure.ion replace my phone completely when I broke the screen the first time.
