I went into Mattress Firm here in Petaluma today. When I walked in, I had an idea of what I wanted. I was a little overwhelmed but started to look around. I didn't get the best feeling in there at first and all of the sudden this bubbly young woman came out of the break room or bathroom (I don't know) and said "Hi. How can I help you? What are you looking for today?" And boy did we hit it off! Iliana provided top notch customer service from the beginning. I explained my needs: "I'm 65, wake up everyday with pain. I've got a budget. I'm post-menopausal yet still sweat at night. What can you show me"? I was there for about an hour and a half and I ended up going with the incredible Tempur Pedic with an adjustable frame. Once she explained the science behind a hybrid mattress, adjustable base etc. I was sold. Even though I checked out other models, price points etc, I ended up going with the first one she showed me.I can't wait until it's delivered on Monday. It all was possible because of their 0% APR financing. I also got cooling pillows. I sure hope that she stays at Mattress Firm and can get promoted all the way to the top. She is an amazing salesperson who is professional, knowledgeable thorough and patient. I'm not used to seeing that these days in the retail environment. She truly possesses wonderful people skills. I'd give 15...
Read moreThe people who work there are nice! Thats all i have positive to say about mattress firm. It was a nightmare working with this place. I spent $1700 on a mattress, boxspring and mattress protector. I have a really bad back and am very sensitive to what i sleep on. I picked out a mattress that i thought might work for me. I ended up not even being able to sleep on it because it hurt my back so bad. I was under the impression that if i wanted to return it.... It would only be $99 (i asked the lady how much it would be to return it and she said "just call me if you want to return it"). I was so wrong. Well it is $99 to return it.. There was also a restocking fee of $260. The lady didnt include the boxspring in the return and the $50 mattress protector is not returnable. So im stuck with those. I paid cash and was told the return would be in the form of a check that would take 7-10 days to get. They picked up the mattress the day after i called. I didnt get the refund for A FULL MONTH. I ended up only getting $1130 back out of $1700 and i had to sleep on a makeshift bed that killed my back for a month while waiting for my return! I ended up buying a bed from costco for about $700. I love it... And free returns if i didnt. I will never buy from a mattress company again! They have a great scam going! I paid alot of money to learn...
Read moreI was searching all over the internet and Bay Area for the right bed, and didn't want to get ripped off for it. I'm totally okay paying some profit to a company and understand that they need to make a profit to stay in business, but didn't want to overpay 1000 percent. Every mattress store that I had visited made me feel like they were trying to slimeball me and influence me into a purchase. This place is different, and Aristotle is that difference! I felt the moment that I walked in to this store that Aristotle genuinely cared about my needs. I explained what I needed and wanted to him and he was super low pressure, not like the other mattress stores, and I feel like actually helped me with what I needed. I loved that Aristotle is a local Petaluman too because I went to school and lived in Petaluma for awhile, and we could talk about things in the area and kill time why I tried out different bed sets. I recommend Aristotle and this mattress store as THE place to...
