DON'T DO IT!!! If you do, just remember I warned you. NOTHING they told us ended up being true. I moved 5 lines from Verizon and not only did all five of them have HORRIBLE service, we didn't get 1/2 of the promos they promised us in the store. 1 of the phones would NOT ACCEPT CALLS, you could only call out on it...we were told it's because it was a "Verizon Galaxy". Now the best part...we cancelled after 2 mos because it was that bad...they told us "at TMobile we don't have contracts or cancellation fees"...that is NOT what their collections dept is saying now. We cancelled on the 13th of the month and our billing cycle started on the 14th. They didn't officially cancel us until the 20th so THEIR POLICY is to charge a FULL MONTH + PENALTIES for those 6 days they claim we were still under service. Well, I bought a burner phone while waiting for the insurance to kick in, which caused my claim to be rejected "systematically." After working directly with Assurant's customer support and T-mobile customer support separately with no resolution, I went into the Petaluma, California store 4/13/2019 and worked with Ashley. She was able to get both T-Mobile customer support and Assurant customer support on the line at the same time, be a customer advocate, and get my claim approved, all within the period of time it took me to take a round trip to the Kmart. I had to order and replace a new phone, thats fine. I was told starndard shipping would take about 1 week and about 5 days if i wanted it earlier for $40, so I went standard since it was cheaper. Then was told there was something wrong with the order and it would take 1 month in buiseness days to get here and 2 weeks to send it earlier for $40, so I ended up getting it here sooner because i needed it.
