Petoskey Winter Sports Park — Attraction in Petoskey

Such a lovely place for the community. Ice rink was huge and surrounded by trees. There’s a well kept fire to warm up by outside. Sweet hockey rink. Really good sledding hill (they have a few sleds you can use) and a designated beginner ski and snowboard area so you don’t have to waste money on a lift ticket if you can bring your own gear. Indoor warm up and hot chocolate spot too.

I loved it. This was my first experience sledding and skating and have to say, $5 to rent skates was amazing. The Winter Sports Park is great. To have this place available to us (in Petoskey) is amazing. My boys learned to skate here (through Petoskey Parks & Rec) and we now enjoy it as a family.
