As an avid Philadelphia History Enthusiast and a major lover of the respective subject that many individuals tend to view as boring, useless, and monotonous, I had a vital need to come into the Benjamin Franklin Museum and take a look at more of his Historical contributions from a historians standpoint, which also include his cultural, political and social contributions in addition to his significance in Paris, inventions, philosophical speculation and scientific Discoveries among other happenings involving Benjamin Franklin from his birth near Milk Street in Boston, Massachusetts in 1706 to his demise in his Philadelphia Home prevalent in Benjamin Franklin's Home Alley in 1790, later Leading to the largest funeral prevalent at Christ's Church, involving the entire population of Philadelphia mourning the perpetual life accomplishments of Benjamin Franklin over the span of his 84 years of life.

After proceeding to pay the necessary $5 USD to strive to enter this legendary museum maintained by the United States National Park Service initially established in 1916 in the Wilson Administration, I entered into the exhibit, and was instantly met with an experience that made me feel at home in 18th Century America in Philadelphia, in addition to knowing about what I previously had known about Benjamin Franklin in every aspect, the entire museum featured numerous exhibits pertaining to every aspect of his life, from his general diet and Childhood in the 1710s and 1720s to his ventures in London, his infamous courtship with Thomas Hutchinson on Massachusetts during the 1754 Albany Conference to his Printing Press used in London in the 1720s and his role as the Ambassador to the United States in Frnace from 1777 to 1784 involving his significance in France and negotiations of the Treaty of Paris and 1778 Treaty of Alliance with France that led to them declaring warfare on Great Britain, defending the United States with the appointment of the Marquis de Lafayette and French Infantry Corps into the continental United States to breach on the devious British in the process.

In addition, the museum featured more in-depth information on the personal side of Benjamin Franklin, including his false accusations of commitment of treason in 1774, his encounter with John Adams and the refuge they stayed in during the happenings of the Second Continental Congress's meetings in 1776 where colonists would be required to provide refuge and food for themselves, and the encounter of an open window and his open letters to numerous females and friends from his times in London and France over a 60 year span for Franklin, filled in with trips back to Philadelphia from 1723 to 1785 among other noticeable parcels of information disclosed.

In addition, numerous interactive displays and videos from the National Park Services and elements of the life of Benjamin Franklin, including the Lounge Chair carried by four individuals of the Walnut Street Prison nearby, his lightning rod and original bifocals among other elements.

Overall, to concede my relatively intricate review, this museum, adorned with numerous exhibits relating to elements of the life and legacy of Benjamin Franklin, is an immaculate museum and a perpetual display of colonial history from numerous perspectives that makes an individual more engrossed in Benjamin Franklin and the colonial aspects of the Continental United States that I massively enjoyed, I will indeed return in the near future and will come with more curiosity and willingness to see the artifacts...

Okay, this museum was kind of disappointing. I'm a Benjamin Franklin fan and this gives you a good overview/ history of his life, but it was kind of anticlimactic and not that nice. If you are a super fan of Ben Franklin, I'm sure you'll enjoy it, but otherwise if you have a busy schedule, this is one you can skip.

On a positive side, admission is only five bucks. So if I think for five bucks it's pretty decent. But again, something you can skip if you're short on time. I've included some pictures and videos.

Please note that in my assessment I am grading on a full 5-star scale and do so with an implicit price-value curve. I am aware that many others on social media may grade on a 3-point (4 being an average score) or 2-point scale (4 being a poor score), but the fact remains that Google gives us a 5-point scale. To me, 4 stars is great, 3 stars is average and 5 stars should be rare - reserved for true excellence or...
