I called to confirm if I would receive email confirmation of order delivery. I was advised there is no order delivery sent - just when the order is placed. I asked then at 230pm today if my order that was placed 48 hours ago at 1059am was out for delivery today. I was placed on hold for ten minutes as they could not find the order. When returning to the phone, I was advised that the order would be delivered between 3pm-4pm today. I said I am concerned about you never receiving the order after taking ten mins to find the order. I was advised the order is sitting right there. I asked if I could be called when delivered. I was told that the manager would be notified of my request.
The manager called back two minutes later very rude and aggressive stating the order was out on the truck for delivery now. I advised that is different then I was just told by the associate and concerned because I was just placed on hold for ten minutes and feel like the order would not have been fulfilled if I did not call today.
The manager said she just received the order this morning despite me placing the order 48 hours ago. I said can you please provide your email address so I can provide my order confirmation receipt from 48 hours. The manager said it does not matter the order is on the truck now and we stage deliveries by zip code where some arrive late before 5pm. I said you are missing my complaint and will address via Google. The manager said do you want me to go ahead and refund your order.
I ordered flowers 48 hours in advance due to a family passing. I called to check status since they do not provide email confirmation of delivery. The order seemed lost. The manger said the order was just received this morning despite being placed 48 hours ago. The manager was rude not addressing the issue and thought a refund would silence my google review and to not have to address the service experience.
