Today wasn't easy I'd say. As I was walking to go into the entrance of the mall I spotted an elderly man laying on the ground of the parking lot. At first I thought he may have been a drunk, but luckily my intuition told me to ask him what was wrong. According to this man he fell due to his knee giving out. I offered the man help getting up and of course like so many other elders he declined my offered. I didn't let him off the hook so easily so I continued to bother the man until he allowed me to help him get up. He didn't smell like alcohol so I immediately knew that he really needed help. Once I got him up everything was fine. We shared a cookie from McDonald's and then we had a laugh about how comfortable he looked while laying in the parking lot. A few seconds later I watched him lose his balance and down the man went again. I'm sorry to laugh but when he finally got on the ground he immediately ate the last piece of his cookie. We both laughed because when he fell he still had the cookie and didn't drop not one crumb. I tried to catch him but it happened so fast I wasn't prepared for him to lose his balance and fall. Long story short he made himself comfortable, denied my help to try and pick him up again and I had to leave because my husband was waiting for me at the bus stop. I left him on the ground without calling the ambulance or anything. I did offer to call the ambulance for the man but like I said he declined any help.this happened about a hour or two ago and I'm still wondering if and how did he get any help. These feelings let me know that I am a good person but to others I need to just mind my business. You tell me what I should have done. Help or not? What would...

Read moreFranklin Mills Mall in my opinion, is pretty nice, clean, and large enough to satisfy just about anything someone needs to handle as far as shopping or making a purchase goes. With a very wide selection of stores and retailers I'd say there's at least a 90% chance that you won't be leaving empty handed wether you came to buy something or not. So even though it may not be my #1 choice/pick as far as malls go ( Willow Grove, Neshaminy...) It's still a place I shop in and have been going to the last 20+ years.
P.S: the movie theater here would probably rank as one of my least favorite places to catch a flick.. for that I'd most def recommend the Neshaminy mall iMax theater for...
