Jerusalem Furniture — Attraction in Philadelphia

I bought from a Jerusalem furniture when it was at the plaza that has a Ross. It was good quality. Is why I decided with no hesitation to buy furniture from The one that is now in the smaller plaza on Oregon. HORRIBLE. Horrible is an understatement. I bought two bedroom sets and the dining room table. Everything went perfect in stores and they were very kind. Come delivery day the drivers were rude they demanded we tip “Good” and he made my younger brother go buy them sodas. I didn’t even realize until they left. However I decided to buy all that just slide because I was happy with my new furniture. Week goes by one of the beds completely falls apart. Upon purchase The guy suggested I buy insurance he clean the covered all the furniture I was buying. So I kindly called and I told him what was happening he asked me to send him a picture and I did. Another week goes by and nothing. When I called back he said that he was going to send a repair man. He sent the same rude guy that did the delivery and demanded good tip. Not only did this man yell at us he said he was not going to come back to fix it again because it was our fault. I have this bed for one day and it broke the next he claims it broke because we moved it. All he did was drill some nails and left. The bed fell apart again but this time when I tried calling I noticed that my number was blocked because when I used someone else’s phone the guy from the furniture store picked up. I told him again what had happened he said to send photos again and then blocked that number. I don’t know if this only happened to us or it’s all their furniture but it seems like it’s made out of cardboard box. Chairs chairs that came with the dining room table where stuffed with cardboard it is literally the frame of a chair and a piece of cardboard where the butt goes. It is my fault for blind trusting these people, yes, but they should not be allowed to scam people like that. I got there a little programs they offer for borrowing money and I am paying over $2000 of interest for furniture that i bought in September it is only March & that furniture is all broken & in the trash now. Purchased a bedroom set, fell apart after four weeks! Went to sit on it the other day and it fell completely apart! The clerk at the store said he would send the technician out when I went into the store to explain. He asked for my home address, you know the SAME address it was delivered to. Watched him write it down pulled the purchase receipt out and everything. Then he asked for my ID which has my previous address from 4 years ago. Technician comes out today calls me from the address on my ID. Called the store back to tell him of his error he tried to blame the technician! He only goes off of the paperwork you give him and he says oh he should have pulled up the paperwork himself to see where it was originally delivered to! What? Technician was a super sweet guy drove 80 miles to come help me anyway Because he felt bad I took a day off of work. The technician should be in Charge of everything! The sales guy was very nice. But when it came time for the delivery people, that was a different story. They broke the headboard. So I had to wait an extra day. They never gave me a time they were coming back. I called to ask what time and the lady took my name down but never did I hear from her!! So I received a phone call that they were 10 minutes away from my house. I had to run home from work to meet them.
