If I could leave zero stars I would. Was told 7-10 days, took 12. Annoying due to lack of communication but not horrible. Go to pick up truck, never installed new bumper I supplied, how that is forgotten is beyond me. While installing new bumper did not protect tail pieces of new exhaust I had installed and paid $1000 dollars for. Body work looks horrible and wavy on passenger side, multiple areas with imperfections (indents) in paint dur to lazy sanding. Overspray in large patches on numerous areas on black trim And then we have the fact they didn't bother to remove the tonneau cover before painting.

The guy who installed bumper while I waited seemed angry, good possibility he damaged my driveshift intentionally considering it disintegrated from the rear a 1/4 mile from the shop. They settled with me for roughly 50% of quoted cost, after the drive shaft debacle I will be recovering the other 50% plus more. Use them at your own risk, I've never seen such an abomination...

I was recommended to this Macco by a good friend. I needed to get a 2013 Sprinter painted and I wasn’t looking to break the bank. When I arrived I met with Mike. Mike took his time looking over the van and finding out exactly what I was looking to have done. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price he quoted me was more than fair for for what I wanted. He told me it would be 7-10 days. I dropped my van off on Monday and to my surprise I got a call Wednesday evening that it was done. When I went to pick it up I was blown away on how beautiful it looked. Now this wasn’t a super expensive paint job, but damn did it look good. This Maaco location has to be the worst one as far as customer service, quality, and carelessness. I agree with one of the reviews on here in that you get what you pay for. They had the cheapest price of the quotes that I got, that is why I used them. However, the 3 to 6 day turnaround time that they promised turned into over 2 months. It was a joke, they shattered a window and replaced it leaving the broken glass inside my vehicle. They lost the keys to my tailgate, lost the parts to install the tailgate and made me order replacements. My truck still has nicks and scratches, but I am just at my end with taking it back there for them to do "touchup" work because it looks worse after they touch it up. The got paint all over my cladding and cladding paint all over my car paint. I don't think they believe in taping sections off. I am currently in the process of filing a small claims case against them as well as complaining to their corporate office. ...
