Naval Square condominiums, Philadelphia — Attraction in Philadelphia

Just terrible for the price. I thought an elephant lived above me based on the noise transfer through the floor. Turns out it's a tiny quiet lady who definitely walks around in a totally normal fashion. We can hear a neighbor snoring through the walls. And there have been numerous break ins and thefts in the community in a few months despite the security. The HOA fees keep going up but the amenities are just aging with maintenance that I would call "fair". The landscaping is very nice, as it being away from most of the street noise but other than that I dont see how this is worth it. Management basically stole resident's bikes this week on an arbitrary basis. Dont pay $800k plus HOA fees or whatever exorbitant rent to live here just to be treated like garbage. This is the most expensive place I've lived but it's definitely not my favorite.

Update: this is by far my least favorite place I’ve ever lived. I truly regret moving here. Maybe it’s the sleep deprivation. The vibration of our ceiling from the upstairs neighbor walking around literally caused a light fixture in our ceiling to break out of nowhere. Pretty flowers don’t make this place worth all the extra money you pay to live here. They have all these unnecessary rules that make living here more difficult and expensive than it needs to be. Also the majority of people living here are unfriendly and sometimes even rude. If I could go back in time I’d definitely live elsewhere. I’d never pay the HOA fee to be inconvenienced. Idk how anyone finds...

Moving here was not a good choice. I have been struggling with loud noises coming into my apartment. Yes, you can hear your neighbor's conversation if they speak loud not to mention you can hear every step from your neighbors upstairs. The steps sound like a very loud sound system playing upstairs... I am glad we decided to rent instead of buy. Can't imagine being screwed up in a place like this. Forgot to mention if your neighbor uses strong spices in their food when cooking The smell gets in your apartment and the entire floor. This building was made of trash..
