PA Nail Salon & Spa — Attraction in Philadelphia

They have some great specials but that's about it. Horrible nail technicians, very rude staff, and if you're in a rush forget it!! If i could i would give them 0 stars. I went in and waited 2 hours to get seated for the worst refill ever. I have almond nails and the lady doing my nails completely messed up my shape and then gave me an attitude when I asked her to fix them. My almonds looked like slanted coffins. She cut 6 of my fingers while filing them. I then asked her how much a design was and she blatantly ignored me and proceeded to do the design. I told her that she cut me and showed her where, and she said "no that's not from me". When going to pay my price changed from 20 to 25 to 28 and back to 25. I explained to them that I was not going to pay for the design because I was never told how much it was and because my fingers were bleeding. They also tried to charge me for changing my nail shape, which i did not do. It soon turned into them yelling at me and telling me that "the cuts were an accident and I was just trying to get a free design". At the end of it all i walked out with sore finger and a bad paint job and was told if I come back nobody will do my nails 😂. I got my nails done Friday afternoon to go to an away trip for the weekend Friday evening after washing the dishes one time the palace was all off of my nails. I went away on my trip. I came back. I was able to get her back to the shop on Wednesday, and they were telling me that there was nothing that could do. Because it was not a gel polish, they say it only lasts for 3-5 days it did not last 1 day i took pictures to show them. I also noticed that the palace was much cheaper than usual. Before they came out with all of these chemicals in the Polish, and the gel polishes, we did not have problems with the Polish last for at least a week. So now you're telling me that polish only lasts if you get a gel or a chemical.. Something is definitely wrong with that. They did not fix it, nor did they try to fix them. They have been very consistent since I started coming to this salon about a year ago and offer you great service. I LOVE JENNY; she takes her time and does your mani and pedi RIGHT! They have specials 4 days out of the week for gel manis-regular pedis. They do okay eyebrows, NO lashes! The only reason they get 4 out of 5 stars is because they use an electric sander for the calluses and hard spots on feet but it's not very effective. After my pedi my feet are still a bit rough on the bottom, but then again it could just...
