Right from the start, PAINT Philadelphia was incredible to work with. My partner and I received emails leading up to the initial consultation explaining their process. During the consultation, Andrew was thorough and asked many questions to ensure the full scope of work was covered. I think what most impressed us was his honesty about a job that could have been extremely costly,. He explained that it really was not worth the cost given our future plans for that space.

Part of PAINT Philadelphia's process is a color consultation with their interior designer Jennifer. This is rolled into the project and was extremely helpful. Jennifer helped us envision our future space. We were confident enough with her eye that we went with a somewhat bold move for us; black trim. Seeing the finished space, we couldn't be happier with that decision.

The crew lead, Ernesto, was courteous and considerate. He and his team were on time and prepared. The first day we walked through the entire project scope and made any initial clarifications. They handled everything including moving our furniture, removing outlet covers, and covering everything with plastic and drop clothes. At the end of the day, where feasible, they moved our furniture back and vacuumed. Ernesto checked out with me before leaving and let me know what work remained and what time they would be back the next day. The project was originally scoped for 4 days but Ernesto's team of magician completed it in under 3. I couldn't believe the speed and quality of their work.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring PAINT Services LLC for a large painting project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Cam from paint came out for our estimate. He was very nice, professional and fully understood the scope of the work I wanted. Next I was texting with Becca to order what was needed and it seemed like she didn't have any info on the project, didn't check the estimate or just a general lack of communication between departments. Then on day one of the project I spoke with Noelle the project manager and briefly went over what was to be done. I brought up the issue with Becca to her and she gave me b.s. excuses. Project took 3 days to complete and one touch up day but I was told it may take a week and the price may go up depending on how bad some of the walls that needed repair may be. I asked multiple times for my house key to be left in a hidden spot so I wasn't locked out of my house. Not once was it left in that spot and I didn't see my key again until they were finished. Very large spots on the walls that were discussed in the estimate to be fixed were skipped over, they made a few spots of their own, they left spilled paint on the floor of my basement in multiple spots, my shovel and broom outside are covered in paint splatter from them cleaning up on my patio, they left my front door open for 3 days and the house was filled with flies with the AC on the lowest setting after I turned it off for the day. After they were done I brought everything up to Noelle and she said they did work beyond what was estimated for free and gave me every excuse possible until finally admitting there must've been a communication issue on their end.
