Sapore — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I just had the most unforgettable dinner at Sapore, and I'm still laughing about it. Our server, Joseph, was an absolute rockstar - I'm pretty sure he's secretly a ninja, because he managed to refill our wine glasses without us even noticing.

The food? Absolutely divine. I mean, who needs a beach body when you can have Sapore's insane mushroom burger? It was love at first bite - the juiciest patty, perfectly cooked mushrooms, and melted cheese all on a toasted bun... I'm drooling just thinking about it.

But what really made our evening was Joseph's impeccable service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a wicked sense of humor. At one point, he even convinced us to try the banana bombolone for dessert, which was essentially a taste sensation that left us both speechless and drooling.

All in all, Sapore is a must-visit for anyone looking for a deliciously entertaining dinner experience. Just don't forget to bring your stretchy pants - trust me, you'll need them.

Sat at the bar , the server came over quickly that was the good part. Ordered the calamari and spinach and garlic. They give you bread with your meal, the only thing that I enjoyed. The food was very bland. Asked for an aioli don't have any asked for truffle sauce, and was told the Chef said a hard no. Okay well didn't eat the calamari asked for a manager told I didn't like it he said ok I'll take it off. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else or how anything was. The food was great, we loved the food. But not the service, we waited a long time for our dinner, and the waitress never check back with us. And when we finished and ready order dessert, waitress never come back, finally we got a hold of the manager, thought that he could help us order the dessert, he told us, "Oh, let me go find your waitress " He really doesn't seem to care about the service we've had. Guess that's their so call management. Overall I can say the food and atmosphere was great, not the service and the management. Think they need more training specifically...
