WARNING ⚠️ (most positive reviews are from paid agents & staff) If you're looking to move to Waterfront Square, don't. This place has the worst management I've ever encountered. MY UNIT WAS BURGLARIZED & several high value items stolen (possibly by staff or as a direct result of their negligence) this isn't the first time this has happened to a resident; management did nothing to remedy the situation & refused to corporate with me during investigation or show any sympathy. Management constantly puts out rules that are senseless & border line infringe on your right, they implore strong arm tactics. Not to mention how insensitive & Prejudice they are (Megan & Ryan). Staff are generally rude & incompetent. If you are also looking to lease or purchase be ready to deal with bigotry from George Cahill who serves as the primary agent & gate keeper on who he des worthy to move here based on your demographic. We have a tenant that had a broken refrigerator. I scheduled the earliest delivery of a brand new refrigerator that happened to be on a Saturday. The management would not allow for delivery. I tried to explain to them that I could not delay the delivery of the refrigerator, as this is not a sofa, this is an essential life item for a unit. Charlie the general manager acted rude and said he is the boss and the decision is his. I asked for an apology for his rude behavior never got one. I pay a thousand dollars a month in condo fees, to be told we can't deliver a refrigerator on a saturday. I understand, non essential items like a dishwasher, or an oven...but people need food....I still haven't received an apology from Charlie the...

Amenities and service outstanding, that include gated secure entry to the site, 24/7 doorman service, valet parking, swimming pool, dog park, mini golf, and more. Bike or walk along the Delaware river front. Easy access to 76 or 95 to connect to NY or DC. Quiet and tucked away, yet close to all of Philly's best restaurants, dining, shopping.
