1st time bringing my son here. It's not that big inside and they only have a few things to do inside. There's a little skating ring when you first walk in, they have 3 inflatable play areas that are all a decent size for kids but im guessing from all the play they are very worn down and had air coming out of the holes in them. The looked very dirty and unkept. The obstacle course one wasnt fully inflated im guessing due to the hokes that had air seeping out if it, it was so bad my son couldnt even climb up it and kept falling down towrds the side of it. They have these cool big bumper cars that me and my son really enjoyed riding!! That definitely was my favorite thing there. There's a little mini arcade but they are definitely over priced almost all of the games ranged from $1.00-$2.00 and half of the games didn't work. The prizes in the claw machine were very cheap looking tiny beach balls, but each crane I played didn't worked I had to search for an employee to get my money back. It was so bad with how many games didn't work I had just put a 10$ bill in before I started playing that I literally walked out with the same amount which was 10.00 in tokensđ¤Śââď¸. They do have food there but I didn't purchase any because it didn't look to good. I did buy cotton candy that is hand spun but bless that employees poor heart she didn't make it to well because my 1 bag had what looked like wet tiny clumps of the candy. As for the prizes you get when turning in your tickets very cheap looking and looks like you could buy them in the dollar store. Overall it was ok my son had fun on the inflatables there and bumper cars. I would go back but wouldn't waste my money on games there! And the employees were great and very helpful when they...
Read moreWe got there at 11 when it opened and nothing was set up for at least 30 minutes after we arrived. Very unorganized. Very overpricedâŚwhy was the skate rental for grownups $9 and the kids $5 when it is a kids place and itâs obvious that the grownups would only be skating to be with their kids so thatâs not really fair. The prices were high for what you got. Some random kid stole my kidâs skating cart and the mother got very angry when we asked for it back. The worst part. The parking. I have a Ford E250 passenger van and someone parallel parked behind me so I couldnât get out. I asked the employees to help me find whoâs car it was so I could leave, but then when that employee came out to move their car next to me, the conversation went a little like this, Me, âHey, thanks for your help! Itâs a really tight squeeze and I canât get my giant van out.â Him, âWell, youâre a woman driver soâŚâ Me, âI actually drive better than my husband and most men. Iâd like to see you try to drive a giant van.â YOOOOO back up to when I asked for a pitcher of water! Me, âMay I please have a pitcher of water for the kids?â (Please note we have already spent a lot of money on multiple kids for a birthday party to do all of the activities) Him, âNO.â I believed that no! And then a few seconds later he said just kidding and went and got it. This place really nickel and dimes you lol even the skating pusher was an extra $5 to rent. OH AND ONE OF OUR KIDS STEPPED ON A SCREW IN THE JUMPY HOUSE...
Read moreI hated the place, but the kid loved it and that's what counts. I didn't like the fries or mozzarella sticks but the kid ate them up and didn't complain so I won't either. The staff look like teenagers working in an arcade and not certified childcare workers because they are teenagers working in an arcade so get over it and just watch your damn kids. It cost $10 for the kid to bounce till exhausted and i didnt have to pay to get in and watch. I kept a close eye on her like in the olden days when folks didn't have phones to watch instead. If this is to overwhelming for you and you want staff to be more involved in supervision, responsible even, this is not the place for you. Some kiddos will love this place and never want to leave while others may not be that into it just like anything else, but for 10 bucks it's worth a test run. Basically, watch your kids because some adults won't watch theirs and staff members don't look older than Kids themselves! Kids love to bounce, so go there to bounce not eat but, if you must, don't order the pizza and if you're looking for a higher end place or chain, this is not one of those. This is a small neighborhood arcade with bouncy houses for entertaining young children on a tight budget. My 8 yo rated Jump to It 100 on a scale of 1-5, so I'm giving it 5 stars...
