The food is fine, I guess.

I placed an online order from this place. It wasn't done in the timetable noted in the app. Had to wait much longer for my food to be done. When it was done, it just sat there. No one told us it was ready, so the food wasn't hot by the time we got it.

There's a young lady at the front, very sweet but the owner is shaky. There's seating inside but this place could use a face lift. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dropping this to one star. Mike (I'm assuming that's the owner's name) took my number from my mobile order and called me at 10:30 pm for whatever inappropriate reason. I rejected the call so he texted me. So, as I mentioned above, the owner is a bit shaky.

Also, since I'm here... I was told I'd need to pay extra for condiments for my cheesesteak. Okay, no problem. Someone came in after me. Not charged for condiments on their cheesesteak. Pizza was a bit lighter than I like. Wings were fried much harder than they should've been and the sauce was just dripped on top so ma y of the wings were dry. The mozzarella fries we soggy on the bottom. Again, the food just sat when it was done. And, to be clear, when we came in to pick up the food, we said we were picking up a mobile order and were told it wasn't ready so we sat down to wait for it. So it's not like we came in after the pick up time or left when we learned it...

Spent $50 on food when it came I saw it was not a beef steak but it was a chicken steak. I immediately called the driver to try and catch him before he got to far. He answered and hung the phone up on me. He then answered my next call by yelling at me to call the restaurant not him. I then call the restaurant and the women that answered the phone told me that its not the responsibility of the store to replace the chicken steak with a.beef steak. i said i clearly didnt order a chicken steak just to call and send it right back. Its was delaying our dinner because we needed to wait for this situation to be fixed and all eat together. She was so rude and unprofessional. I stayed calm and gave her the respect i was expecting to get as a paying customer. Instead i was being talked over and called mam everytime i spoke. I told her we don't ever recall there being a place to substitute 1 item off a special. I’ve ordered here about 15 times in the last 2-3 months and most of the time it’s good. I do not recommend going there an hour and half before they close. I ordered at 9 they close at 10 and I bought what I thought would be a new pizza(XL- $15) and what I got was a cold pre sliced pizza that was stitched together. I’m not dumb and know what a fresh pizza out the oven looks like me this look like Frankensteins sister. They took the slices from the display that would normally be 2 for 5 and makeshifted a whole pizza that clearly was not a full pizza. Cheeese was not stuck together, gaps between the slices, slices are different sizes, no grease, cold sauce and I ordered the pizza at 9 walked in 920 and got home 925 and pizza was stone cold.
