~Thank God the Pita Chip graced us with their presence at the bottom of my office's tabernacle, because I would have never been blessed with what I believe.. could quite possibly be.. the 8th holy sacrament.. First Impressions: Although I did not get to partake in eating at the brick & mortar of Pita Chip, the chipper employees at the stand had the knowledge of priests... & their Bible was the Pita Menu. Something compelled me to listen to them, & go with their recommendation of the Pita Bread Wrap.. As the gentleman was assembling it, I was reminded of the story of David & Goliath; I David, & the Pita Wrap Goliath.. First was roasted red pepper hummus, which provided the base for the battle.. Next the 3 giant heaping's of chicken shawarma, marinated layers of slowly roasted chicken.. Finally a barrage of rice, lettuce, & parsley infused salsa marched into the wrap with white garlic sauce smothered on top. This behemoth could barely fit into the foot long Pita Chip Bag....(pictured) It was a glorious sunny day as I sat in the middle of the City Hall Courtyard. I began to feast & thought to myself...this may of been how Jesus felt at the Last Supper.. the divinity of this Pita had created a holy matrimony between the wrap & its ingredients...it made all other wraps/burritos look like adulterous heathens. Every bite felt like I was being baptized, & anointing my taste buds proclaiming to sing hallelujah! It was truly a Heaven on Earth experience. Proverbs 18:20 "Words satisfy the soul as food satisfies the stomach; the right words on one's lips bring satisfaction." The Don approves of this establishment & will be back~

They have pita wraps and salad bowls and other options. Then you pick your protein which can be beef and chicken. But they have yummy vegetarian options, which are Falafel and veggies. Then similar to Chipotle you can pick your toppings. It was delicious. The customer service is fast and the portion size is very filling. All of this for about $7. This place is popular among college students. If you don't want to eat there you can order and pick it up. I am now sure if they deliver. Also you can hire them to cater your party. I highly recommend this place.

Update: Went again and got a chicken bowl that was amazing!!! Bumping my score up to a 5 overall. Keep it up Pita Chip Falafel bowl today…I’ve been eating at Pita Chip since they first opened up on Temples campus. Usually a top tier fast casual spot. Today was a bit off, food needed more seasoning and falafel was a little undercooked, but still a good meal. I will keep coming and hope that was just an off day.

This place probably wouldn't be so horrible if you walk in and watch them like a hawk while they make your food, but don't ever order delivery and expect any decent amount of service. First time I ever ordered from them on grub hub, 2 hours went by so I called them to see what was the hold up. The guy on the phone told me that their Grub Hub system was down and they didn't receive my order, but when I asked to cancel my order miraculously the driver just pulled in so "he'll make my order and send it out now" and abruptly hangs up on me. Fine. System failures happen all the time, I gave them a pass. 20 minutes later the driver arrives with only half my order. A sandwich and our drinks were missing so I immediately called them back to tell them. They apologize, said they'd have their driver come back with our missing sandwich and drinks. Get off the phone and open my half of the order to realize they completely screwed up my portion too. They gave me a salad when I ordered the rice bowl and threw a whole bunch of extra stuff on there that I didn't ask for. I didn't feel like calling a third time to complain so I just ate it. When the driver returned with our missing sandwich (3+ hour ordeal at this point) the sandwich (beef schwarma) was cold. My husband ended up just going out to order from some place else.

Fast forward to a week later. I decide to give them a second shot because I do like their food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they just had a bad night. Again another 2 hours go by. I call the restaurant 3 times and no one picks up. So I call Grub Hub's customer service line to cancel my order. The rep puts me on hold and called them to try and see what's up. Coincidentally, AFTER 2 HOURS, I finally get a confirmation of my order and that its "en route". Guy drops off my food and it's cold and soggy.

Needless to say, I'm never eating here again. The food is decent but their service is...

This place is amazing! I was skeptical to try any middle eastern food at first because my experiences with them in Philadelphia have been bad up until now! The moment I walked in and saw the chicken and beef shawarma on a spit I knew this place was legit. Looking at the menu I soon realized that this was a middle eastern chipotle. That's the best way to describe it with free add on humus and choices of tabouleh, pickles, tahini and many more I was blown away. I went to Palestine this past summer and had shawarma with the same options so I can say it is very authentic 👌🏼 The Barbican in the fridge and baklava for a 1$ was the cherry on top The owners son was the one serving and was very friendly👍🏼 I will definitely be coming back here again, I'm sick of eating Qdoba...
