I just want to say I am truly grateful. I experienced amazing customer service. I ordered my food off of Uber eats. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken St. When I received my food. It was Hot / Looking beautiful to eat. I started to eat it and realized it’s not what I ordered. I wasn’t going to call back. My experience when you order food of off Uber sometimes the restaurant you order from doesn’t take responsibility of the mistake. The first explanation comes out the mouth is get your money back from Uber eats. Businesses have to realize it’s your name connected to a Uber eat. But this was different I called with respect and calmness. He told me to hold on gets back on the phone. He asked what my address I told him. I wasn’t from around there. I was doing a job. I was leaving shortly. I told him it didn’t taste like what I ordered he was so driven to make it right. He told me he was going to make another one & give the other order back. When I tell you Customer Service is #1. You want your business to be successful/ profitable/ reviews for your product. I thought this was so important because we live in a society that customers service is slowly getting away from Humans. I just wanted to share my experience with City View. Mistakes happen it’s how you correct it. Customer is not always right. Food is always not good. Customer service on this Was Extremely Exceptional and Food was Delicious. This is how we handled it in the food industry. Just remember we was in a pandemic some businesses didn’t bounce back. I appreciate City View for the Experience and this how you built a long lasting relationship in business. He was worrying about his customers more then the money. If I am ever back in the area. Also , me and my friend ordered 2 slices of pizza to sit in and eat, which we told them and they called out our orders to come get our food . No big deal right , but when a white family that came in after us ordered to sit in they were treated with such kindness and even had their food brought out to their table on trays . Then a group of white girls came in and they were also served their food . You see the pattern here . What did we get? Our slices in 2 big a* boxes with no plates sat on the counter for us to get for ourselves. Bullsht ! You shouldn’t make your customers feel like they are being treated different...

I called to ask if they had any jumbo shrimp, and the person who answered the phone asked for my address so I said to him I just want to know if you had jumbo shrimp and then told him my address. He then said something to me very fast that I couldn't understand what he had said and then hung up on me. I have ordered from this place before with no problem. I only live 5 or 6 blocks from the store. So I then called Plaza Pizza and Grill at 1600 N Broad street and ordered what I wanted from them.
