While the look of these apartments may be nice, the underlying issues that continue to be ignored by the complex management outweigh everything. While living here for 6 months, we have had multiple maintenance issues which have failed to receive any timely action by the maintenance at this complex. They try to get you to fix things on your own before sending someone. Which I understand for minor issues, however, when it comes to major plumbing issues or air conditioner I am not a qualified to fix these things. In August, of 2022, our air conditioner went out on a Friday. I know this is not great timing as the regular maintenance is not working. However, we had to call maintenance multiple times as the temperature rose in the apartment to temps of 90 degrees. We were brought a portable air conditioner which brought the apartment down to 88 degrees. Only when we threatened to call a emergency service to fix our air conditioner on the weekend, did they finally send someone who was able to fix the issue in just 20 minutes. We waited 2 days in an apartment at 88 degrees with a young puppy for someone to fix the issue in 20 minutes. Over the past two months we have reported multiple issues with our kitchen sink not properly draining and water coming back up into the sink. This issue has only gotten worse as all the maintenance we received was telling me how to clean out the piping underneath the sink. I am not a plumber, I am a pharmacist. However, I did what they asked and told them there was no blockage that I could see, but the water was still draining slowly. Now the issue has grown to dirty sewage water rising in our kitchen sink and pouring down onto the floor. We had to leave our apartment to stay somewhere else as the smell was so bad we were getting sick. We were not offered an alternative place to stay and no one was sent to fix the issue until the next day. On day two of the issue, when they came to fix the pipes, they were not able to fully clean out the blockage. Leaving us with an over flowing sink and putrid smelling apartment for another day. If you plan on renting here, realize it may appear nice, but this is an old apartment complex with a nearly non-responsive maintenance crew who refuses to spend money on hiring emergency services to fix issues that make your apartment inhabitable.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew and Brian, our maintenance team here. They are hands down the best I’ve ever come across in an apartment community. Not only are they incredibly skilled and quick to respond to any request, but they’re also just genuinely good guys. They go out of their way every day to make sure everything is working smoothly, and they always take the time to explain what they’re fixing in a way that makes sense. Beyond that, they’re approachable, friendly, and truly make this community feel like home. It’s rare to find maintenance staff who are this reliable and personable at the same time. Andrew and Brian deserve all the recognition — their hard work, professionalism, and positive attitudes make a huge difference for residents. Management is lucky to have them on the team!

We moved here in 2019 and we fell in love with this place. It was so well maintained like being at a resort. Unfortunately the last year has been a terrible experience and it continues to go downhill. The dog park is disgusting. They never empty the trash. The park smells so bad from the hot days and extensive amount of poop that you can barely even stand to be there. When management was notified they claimed the neighboring apartment management was responsible for the dog park maintenance. I notified the neighboring complex and they said our complex was responsible. I really don’t care who is responsible. I do know that we as residents pay for these amenities and it’s needs to be addressed. The overall property condition is poor and unkept. We look forward to moving when our lease is up.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! Do not get a apartment here. They are not going to thank you for staying here or thank you for paying your rent on time every time. What they will do is tell you about all these fees that you have to pay on the way out and that even thou I told them I wasn't renewing my lease when they emailed me, but that they were going to charge me a whole month rent because I didn't put it in writing ($2500). Also $500 for cleaning carpets which I did before we left cause I run cleaning company. You would think that would be covered in the deposit but nope, they kept that also. We lived in this apartment for 3 months(while our new house was being built) and cost $3000 to move out. I turned my keys in today the 1st and I have to pay for the next 30 days. We moved out 2 days earlier then our move out date as well. This place just tries to find anyway possible to get another dollar out of you. They are gated and they don't always lock gates at night. My truck got broken into on one of these nights, as did many vehicles in our short stay here. They again don't care. Not the kind of place you would expect to be in Scottsdale. Also the neighbor told us they are renovating her apartment and they gave her 60 days to leave, get out with her and her 2 kids so they can update there apartment. They didn't offer another unit. New management sucks and is not upholding the agreement we had with the last management company. If you rent here it better be the last place in the city cause these people are criminals. Cost us more money to move out then move in. They don't care about customers and having a great community. Corporate ways of doing business is about the bottom dollar made not happiness in customers satisfaction....

I would not recommend!!! The old management company was so great (except their terms to break a lease, but it doesn't matter much now because they're gone!) This new company is in over their head!! I've had NON STOP issues with them. When they took over NO ONE would EVER answer the phone!!! I called (I believe) five different times and it would just ring and ring and ring and then a few times it gave me the option to leave a message so I did and I NEVER EVER EVER got a call back from anyone. Moving out was a NIGHTMARE!! I moved out March 30th and I'm still having issues!! (in MAY!!!) I even tried to contact their online portal to get customer assistance and no one responded. Then I called their customer service line and I was told everyone was in a meeting so I left a voicemail and sent an email I waited TEN DAYS with no response so I called again and they say they'll "get back to me". The only time they responded to a maintenance problem was when it was an emergency (water leaking from the ceiling!!) other than that they didn't come or respond for anything. Even when I was moving out they didn't show up for any of the THREE appointments I made for a pre-move out inspection and I had to call the day of my move out inspection for them to even show up (the guy came running down the sidewalk). Whenever I asked questions the answer always came with "I think so"/"I think that's right" uhhhh how about you find out for sure?? They charge you for every single little thing, nothing is included with rent. Even if you don't have pest control come spray inside your apartment you pay for individual pest control on top of pest control for the complex (???) Such a headache, nightmare. Please...
