I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. First of all- I had an older man who sat down without talking to me and started doing my nails. He didn’t ask me what I wanted so I had to stop him just so I could fill him in. Then he proceeded to do my nails and cut me with his scissors. I yelped and he continued pulling on my skin as if that would help the situation. I should’ve gotten up and left from there but I didn’t. He finished doing my nails and asked me to pick a color. I was confused why he would ask that because I showed him a reference photo earlier. I took out my phone and showed him the photo again and he got up and walked away. I was confused and sat there watching him as he walked over to another worker and then began doing random things. I guess he noticed me glaring at him and only then did he tell me another woman would be coming to paint my nails. That was fine, if he couldn’t do it I would’ve preferred someone else to do it. The woman finished helping someone else and came over to me. I showed her the photo and she looked at me and said she’d only do the design I wanted on 2 of my finger.... excuse me? I didn’t make a fuss and allowed her to do her thing. She then painted my nails and showed me the which looked nothing like the design I asked for. I told her it wasn’t right and she took it off and tried again multiple times but couldn’t get it right. She then admitted to me that she couldn’t do it and I said it was fine and that she should just paint them all one solid color. She agreed but then attempted to do the nail art again. At this point I was frustrated and told her it was fine so she would be done and I could leave. My nails look horrendous and 3 days later my finger is still sore and swollen. They also gong put the acrylic close enough so 3 days later It looks like I need to get them filled ..... make it make sense. This place is a mess....
Read moreWorst dip manicure I have ever gotten, and the pedicure was no better. The pedicure was so so, she cute my nails so short that she was filing my skin and I had to have her stop because it was just hurting me. No massage with the pedicure just a quick rub with some lotion. Now the dip nails, no manicure was given no cuticle clippers hardly any filing just jumped right into the dip jar. Once the color was on she began to file, the dip was so lumpy and her filing made it worse causing the color to be uneven and show bare spots. My nails look terrible to the point I had them fixed elsewhere. The top coat is so thick in places the nails are like bubbles and so thin in others the color is not even the same. My nails were supposed to be pink glitter instead are some glitter and half gray streaks missing color. She had so much top coat my skin was glued to the nail, I asked her to clean it up and she did a few but not all, I had to have a nail redone because when she removed the excess it pulled the main nail color and seal off. Messy, uneven, and ugly is what this...
Read moreI just moved to Phoenix and was looking for a new salon. I tried this one because it was somewhat near downtown Phoenix. SO many things went wrong. First of all, I got there for my 10:30 am appointment at 10:15. I didn’t leave until 1 pm. It took that long. My biggest complaints are that when the lady first took the drill to the dip I had done from my last salon, she cut me and poured some liquid in it despite me telling her not to. The dip was done poorly and you can see right through my nails as shown in the pictures here. Then, when I went to pay, they told me to pay $10 more than what I was quoted at the beginning of the appointment because my nails are long. I initially asked for a light pink color and found a dip color I liked. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have a matching color for my toes, so they just picked a random pink and I had to find a different pink dip color for my nails to match my toes. It doesn’t help that every time I said something they would speak in Vietnamese and...
