In addition to being a very skilled masseur, he took the time to do an initial assessment more than just asking me "where it hurts", offered very helpful instruction on how to take care between sessions all while working out all my kinks and knots. Amazing!!! I didn’t realize how much I Kneaded(!!!) this massage. He talked me through some of the more challenging moments as my body was very tight in some places. Many times I drifted off into a peaceful state of relaxation. By the end I could feel how much better I was breathing - back more open, legs felt freer.
