Phoenix Skin Spa — Attraction in Phoenix

I went in for a consultation yesterday. The person i saw was Kimberly. She was very awkward. She was nice but the encounter was just strange. I’d like to add that i am African American and my only problem is underneath my neck i have dark marks from tweezing and its very important to me to work on my natural beauty to get rid of makeup. That being said im really sad and disappointed withy whole experience. Firstly, i wasnt properly greeted upon entering her office (after going through reception). She just stared at me and a few minutes in was already offered microdermabrasion and a glycolic peel. It wasnt really a consultation. Not once did she thoroughly look at the problem area or ask me any questions. I was expecting a consultation that will give me an idea of how many treatments are needed, what treatment will give me desired result, down time, current products, product recommendations. Im still at square one. My biggest regret is allowing her to do the microdermabrasion and glycolic peel, both totallying 150.00. I was given no after care instructions or product recommendations for care. Im someone who needs to work on not letting people take advantage. I was so thrown off about how awkward this woman was with me. I was feeling very uneasy about going through with it and i should have just walked out. Im very sad because im very insecure about my skin to the point where it is effecting my life. Now ive wasted 150.00. If you have ethnic skin i would not recommend this place. Due to the melanin in our skin we need treatment that is right for us. Kimberly Doesnt seem to have the knowledge. Its not hard to tell when someone is good and passionate in their job. I cant help but to feel like me being black had something to do with our encounter especially with the black live matter movement going on. I would hope that isnt true. I decided i will not be going back and will take my time to find someone who truly cares to help me achieve the...

WOW! What a stellar experience at Phoenix Skin Spa. I went in for a tattoo removal treatment after having a poor experience elsewhere (I was left burned). I cannot say enough great things about Cris! She checked in with the doctor to make sure that she can still treat me with the healed burn and steroid injection I had to get for the scarring of my treatment at the last place I was going to. She could've just treated me anyway, so I really appreciate her making sure that I can get treated in a safe manner. She is very well informed of the process, made me feel extremely comfortable throughout, was very thorough with what to expect and with the healing process, and made sure I had her email to follow up with any questions or concerns. She also just has such a warm energy which calmed my nerves with this process. Additionally, the treatment is affordable (I was paying 3x the amount at the last place I was going to that burned me) so with all of that said, I am actually looking forward to my removal appointments now.

I truly believe that when you have your face worked on, you need to have someone who is absolutely the best in their field. Dr. Laris is the best! It is life changing. When all the wrinkles and droopy skin that happens as you age is removed from your face, the way you feel about yourself and the way others see you changes everything. Just ask my husband. He says that what Dr. Laris did has taken 15 years off of my age. What I like about him as compared to other Doctors is that everything he does looks natural. I just look myself, but younger. No one knows that if I had not done all that work, I would have had all kinds of wrinkles. All my friends are already scheduling appointments because they see how great I look.
