I love supporting small biz, and the owner at this place is one of the nicest people around and does great work, but I can't confidently say the same about some of the folks he employs. Been here 3 times, and most likely won't go back. Good place if you're a dude who wants a simple cut or trim, but not ideal if you want a classic barbershop cut. Line-ups and hard parts with a razor are not their forte. Got a great cut from the Marco, the guy that others mention here, and another great cut from a lady the next time I went in, but this last time was literally worse than a brand new student at a barber school. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, which wasn't a huge deal since there were 3 barbers and it was busy in there. However, when one of the barbers was done with his cut he literally sat there for about 30 minutes before someone else came in and he realized I was there for a haircut. I know sometimes appointments are set or folks need to rest between cuts, but considering that he was ready to cut hair when the next person walked in I don't suspect that was the case and it made me feel a bit singled out. Regardless, I sat in the chair and explained that I needed a fade down to a 2, trim at the top, and a hard part with the razor. The cut itself was painful and he was almost hitting my head with the buzzer, and then when the razor came out I was literally nicked over half a dozen times. Taking a shower that night was painful as well and I noticed I had more cuts throughout my head, likely from the buzzer. I'd also pointed out where I wanted him to redefine my hard part, but instead he ignored that and gave me a new part, so now I have 2 parts in my hair and the new one looks like a thick line of baldness. Can't wait till it grows back.. I tried to remain as cordial as I could and chalked it up as maybe the fellow was a bit burned out since it was late in the day and right before July 4th, but once I got home and took a closer look I realized that I got a bad cut. I even gave the guy a $10 tip since I like to pay for good service. I noticed he seemed nervous, or stressed, like he was just wanting to get out of there, so I tried to lighten up the mood with some jokes because that's just who I am. He wasn’t rude at all, but I'd say he definitely needs more training in general. I don’t want or expect any refund either - I paid for the service, but unfortunately the service didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve got a wedding in a few months and can’t trust my hair at this place anymore so unfortunately because of this last incident I will be going somewhere else, even if it costs a few more bucks. Again, great place for a trim or simple cut, but I would advise that they need to ensure their employees are better trained in general. It pains me to leave a negative review since this place really does decent work and it's hard to find a barber that uses a razor. Perhaps I just got the bad apple on a bad day, but regardless of the circumstances, one typically expects a certain level of quality when they’re paying for something, so it was unfortunate that this went how it did.

Revan is the man. I’ve never had someone cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted. Not to mention he made it look better than I imagined. His customer service skills are impeccable, he knows all of his customers on a first name basis. He greeted me by name when I came in, those little details go a long way. Revan gave me the crispest fade I’ve ever gotten. My last barber just moved and I was way overdue on a cut because I didn’t want to go through more bad experiences finding a barber that can cut curly hair and do a clean skin fade. I was nervous to try someone new, but Revan’s reviews reassured me. I’m so glad I went, and I will only be going to Revan for haircuts going forward from here. Not only is he amazing at his craft, but his shop is clean, he is very kind and makes great conversation, he even sprayed the hair off my shoes before I left. Again, the little things go a long way. Thank you Revan, I’ll definitely be back!

Wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Prince Barbershop with you. After losing my barber of 7 years, since they relocated states, I underwent a lengthy search to find a skilled professional who could deliver a clean and fresh fade haircut. I am delighted to inform you that my quest led me to Prince Barbershop, where I received one of the best fades I have ever had. Not only is Prince Barbershop impeccably clean and well-maintained, but the barbers are also extremely friendly and helpful. The level of service I received from the barbers exceeded my expectations, and I was thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism. If you are in need of a top-notch barber who can deliver a flawless fade, I highly recommend giving Prince Barbershop a visit. I am confident that you will be as satisfied with their services as I am. This is the reason why I drive all the way from Avondale,Az
