Flew in yesterday morning and anxiously awaited 3:00 so I could finally check out Kitsune!! In a strip mall w a noticeable address marquee on the south side of Bell Rd it's easy to find! Great signage for the location and a favorite, a wall of floor to ceiling windows for natural light! When I arrived 10 minutes after open it was already quite busy, short lived as it was a large group on a party bus, good for me, so I could take in more of the digs now. I was able to meet delightful owner Tyler, such a kind and lovely fellow. Beertender Maddie/y was super friendly and helpful too as I built one flight then once I took a closer look at the tap list: oh I forgot about that beer I'd seen on social media and for the name alone I wanted to try... You're Killing Me Smores! Everything about my visit was....just... perfect!! Friendly owner and beertender, delicious beer, easy parking and comfortable, spacious digs! The tables are pretty even... half and half high and standard seating. I appreciate that the Kitsune merch is easily viewable from across the tap room; and it's quite colorful! Next to the merch is the off-sale cooler. As we sat at the edge of the bar we had a perfect view of the bew house and could see that there's an open garage door in the back, for what we imagine on an ideal can create the perfect crosswind! We even briefly chatted w some other customers who were friendly and kind...always a good sign you're in the Right Place. Thanks Kitsune for being everything I had hoped for! Definitely worth the East valley drive!! Looking forward to another stop in during my...
Read moreSo, I've driven by here a few times, going to harbor freight, Dennys and such, but never entered the magical doors that is Kitsune. Until today, today the fiance and I decided to have a flight (or two) of the finest brew this side of Phoenix, and they did not disappoint! The fiance had the sour on tap and I decided the surprise me flight! They gave me the numbers 2, 3, 5, and 6... the number 2 gave me the chills as it went down so smooth, but this was not the best of the flight (not confuse the worst I've ever had), the number 2 went down so smooth with a hint of hops. The number 3 went down just as smooth.... now came 5 and 6... 5 and 6 was so superb and gave me a tingle only a preteen male can explain! The notes of rice of number 5 and the river of number 6 complimented eachother so well that I was in bliss!!!... then the owner came over (Tyler), he over me the number 10!.... Number f'n 10!! That was one of th, if not THE best Triples I've ever had!!! If you're near 32nd and bell area and want a refreshing lunch beer or an after work beer, this is the place to stop in!!! A plus that they have board games and a Super Nintendo ( for the nostalgic individuals!)... uts also a very comfortable place to just hang out and have a drink with friends or work buddies...... Followers, check this place out as they didn't disappoint and makes you feel very welcomed!!! 5 out...
Read moreDrove out here 30min from Chandler because they have great beers and atmosphere but when we tried to pay for our beers all I had was a 100$ bill, felt bad they had to break it but it was all I had, the bartender tried to round up my bill by 97c which was whatever, but ended up stiffing me 20$. When we tried to speak up he proceeded to ignore us even tho he was right in front of us, one of the people at the bar actually had to tell the bartender that we were asking for him. It seemed as if he was annoyed that we were trying to get his attention. He then apologized and said he was surprised we paid attention to the change. Can't believe this guy actually tried to pocket 20$ like we wouldn't notice. The bartender then started mingling with one of the regulars about the lack of regulars, guess I can see why. Worst part about it this happened right in front of the owner. Not coming back for a...
