I moved to Arizona two months ago in order to complete a work assignment. I knew I was going to be working 12 hour days but was determined to make time to work on my body. After doing much research, I came across TPT and decided to give it a try. I was on a mission to fit into a dress and the result was, not only a reduction in weight but also an increase in muscle and drop in body fat percentage. Talk about success. Seth and his trainers were always prepared with a brutal workout for each session (not to mention the group sessions), to really put me through my paces. Honestly, I have never worked out harder than during these sessions. He listens to me and understands the things I want to work on. Seth also pushed me to stay on top of my diet and sleep to make sure I was prepared for each one and the results were definitely worth it. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve it without his guidance and support. Seth always had something new and challenging for me to try, he was always careful about monitoring my form and even making workout adjustments on the fly when necessary based on my own limitations and he made sure to keep the intensity high, knowing what I could handle, and making sure I took just enough rest between sets to keep going strong. Even though I trained mostly with Seth, I got the opportunity to train with other trainers, who were amazing as well, and would always keep an eye on me to make sure I was well taken cared of. It definitely feels like a family at TPT. After working out with Seth I feel like I've really pushed myself, way more than I did at the gym by myself or even with other trainers. I've only been doing this for two months, but I look forward to going every time and feel like I have a lot more energy and strength than I used to. So not only is Seth great at helping you with your form and making sure you are actually improving he also helps with your diet. It's like having a trainer and a nutritionist packed into one. AMAZING! TPT offers both one-on-one training and group session trainings, which are both TOP NOTCH. Trainers are knowledgeable, constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate, but most importantly they are good hearted individuals (which is really hard to find these days). The facilities are up to date, clean and they opened a new location which focuses on iCardio classes. The range in schedule and workout options made it easy to keep me motivated and work out every day based on my personal schedule. Since it's a private training gym, there is never a crowd. Everyone is always so focused in her/his workout that it's truly inspirational. The group of people who-work out at the gym are exceptional. They are constantly encouraging / supporting each other, very welcoming to new members and are willing to help in any way they can. I couldn’t have asked for a better support group in order to achieve my goals. I have now officially been training with Seth for 2 months, in which I have lost over 10 pounds, gained over 3 pounds of muscle and lost about 6% of body fat. I have surpassed my goals and fit into the dress! Seth has really worked at helping me change things around in and out of the gym. My diet has improved, plus I now WANT to go to the gym just because it now "feels good" and I enjoy the company. Looking back it was very tough to push myself to start, but once you make a commitment with a good trainer it all becomes easy with little steps and motivation. Some background info about me. I haven't been to a gym, or had any purposeful Exercise in over 11 years since my Son was born in 2005. I will turn 54 in a few days and was feeling tired, fatigued, foggy, lazy and all of that plus more.
I went to TPC and met with Seth Thurston at the end of March of this year. He did a short assessment of my cardio and strength. He did a special Body Scan that measured me from head to toe with pictures. I almost died when i saw the scan. I didn't realize how bad my body had looked.......
I signed up to have Seth as my Trainer 3 days a week. Seth recommended for me to try a food plan to start using while on the training routine with him. Its been so good I haven't stopped using it since. Kudos to Lifestyle Healthy Foods too.......
I started off at 227 lbs in Late March, and after the last scan and weigh in at the end of June after 3 solid moths of working out I am now at 191 lbs.
I am pretty much a common sense kind of guy who likes quantifiable results. The Body Scans that Seth does at the end of every month of training is what gives me the Visual Quantifiable Results that really make me feel good. Besides that I went from 38 to 36 to now 34" pants size. I had to buy new pants as my old ones were literally falling off.
I can't tell you how good I'm feeling now, my Energy levels are off the charts, Im up and ready to go everyday with much more purpose in life. My body is stronger and so is my mind thanks to Seth & TPC Training Facility.
If you are thinking about starting a new program to lose weight or get physically stronger or both, I would not hesitate in the least to give TPC your first shot at it. Seth and all of the other Trainers a down to earth and genuinely really good people. No matter what your level of shape is, they will help you improve beyond compare.
My opinion is an absolute 5 Stars to TPC, Seth and his other Trainers at the facility. They did me right. Im hooked now........

Read moreI started working out with Bri in April, and my schedule was crazy, she was very flexible and worked with me. By May I had a consistent schedule working out three days a week. I connected with Bri immidiately, she listens, she is very passionate about fitness and helping her clients meet their goals. Bri does a great job providing variety - because I get bored very easy. I do not think I have never done the same thing twice, I love that I never know what to expect and that she pushes me (because I wouldn't). I have done some things I didn't think I could- like a higher weight, more reps or a move that I didn't think I could master. She has a geat balance between challenging and pushing me and supporting and encouraging me duing our workouts. She is very motivated to keep me focused on my goals.
I love that she is so excited and passioate about what she has planned for our workouts. Her passion is contatgious and she makes workouts fun. The time does go by fast and I feel so accomplished when I'm done.
I have done a ton of variety of exercise such as bootcamps, classes, spin, yoga, zumba, pilates, and a trainer before. I took two years off and was nervous getting back into the grove. My trainer moved out of the county and I didn't think anybody could be as great until I was connected with Bri. Bri was great buidling my confidence back up, ensure my form, modifies when needed, and is there every step of the way. I am extremely happy that I was connected with Bri and would definately recommend her to any client, younger, older, couples anybody.
