Bikini Beans Coffee — Restaurant in Phoenix

Today was the last day I will ever go to Bikini Bean. I have been going for over a year almost daily picking up a drink for myself and wife. Last week one of the staff members watered down one of our drinks then lied to me about it. Took about three minutes of back pedaling for her to admit she watered it down. Her excuse was we use whole milk so this make is skin milk. Well you didn't water down my other drink. You lady just are incompetent of making the correct amount and instead of fixing your mistake you watered it down. Got a call from Luis Baivaeda who apparently above all stores telling me he will fix the issue and gave me some credit. Basically bribing me. Well today I went back and the lady that blatantly lied and can't make a proper drink is still there. I can accept that you can't buy proper lids for you cup so 75% of the time it pops off and I either spill some on my self or catch it in the cup holder. This is a product issue you have no control over it. However keeping staff that blatantly lies to people, cheats them out of what they paid for is unacceptable in a customer service roll. 12/14/22 7:02 am only redhead working. I came to Bikini Beans for a caffeine fix... but I left wondering if I’d just met the actual definition of perfection. Sophie was working the window, and let me tell you — I was not ready. Drop-dead gorgeous. I’m talking movie-scene slow-motion beautiful. Sunlight was literally hitting her like she was the star of a music video. She’s got that confidence, that energy — like she knows exactly how good she looks... and trust me, she’s right. Smooth, rich, and just the right amount of foam — you can tell she knows her stuff. I ordered a vanilla iced latte, and it was hands-down the best I’ve had in weeks. You can taste the care she puts into every cup. Honestly, Sophie makes the whole experience. We live on Bell road and have to say this is the only good coffee place near us. They don't do white coffee but they have pretty good coffees regardless. I'm not the whole sweet and pricy star bucks type which I hate Starbucks anyway...to commercialized for me. Prefer local, anyhow thats me but yeah their sizes are actual bra sizes lol...a cup, b cup. Dds etc...lol and they wear bikinis some its not needed I just want a good brew. We take our daughter she like the vanilla bean frappe with Carmel and whipped cream. Its tasteful enough for kids its not a top less or lingerie style. Anyhow...just my info. For the joint and like it enough. Thanks all....keep it rocking!
