I actually went to Best Buy in this shopping center on Monday, June 20th at 3pm. I was gonna buy a new IPhone and an Apple IPad.......I think I was planning on spending some BUCKS! I waited and waited and even tried to look for some help. I also tried to approach the guy at the front entrance, his name was Coty. I noticed his name because I waited patiently as he was in deep personal conversation with another employee a taller guy with a red BEST BUY shirt on. I wish I got his name, because he got very sarcastic when I decided to just walk out telling them "I guess no one wants my money" the guy in the red Best Buy shirt said "Okay have a great day". I just took my business to the Apple Store at Arrowhead Mall. The sales person there I am sure appreciated my business because I got much better service there and probably better deals anyways. I new there was a reason I never shop Best Buy anymore, they have alot of worthless, rude little school kids working there who know nothing about customer service. They are not there to work. They just walk around the store in circles avoiding people. I wonder when the district managers are gonna get a clue and hire quality people. I guess we can look forward to another store joining Sears and the others. I really want to give this store "0" stars, I just marked 1 star because I wouldn't be able to submit this review without a rating.......so...

I like alot of the shops in this shopping center/plaza. Most are kept clean inside and out. Most of them have employees whom are happy to help, if you need it. Of course, there are a few bad apples just like any and almost every place has. One of my big issues is the security guards that ride around in golf carts and they like to harass you for no good reason. Even if you just got done shopping at numerous stores there and go to your car to leave but have to take a phone call so your not distracted while driving. I was on the phone for no more than 10 minutes and the security guard is sitting not far from me just staring at me for a good 5 minutes before I roll my window down and ask him if there's a problem. His reply to my question was " I don't know, is there? You are loitering in this parking lot and we don't allow that. Why are you just sitting in your car?? Are you waiting for someone?" He was rude.
