**During our visit, we saw at least a half dozen kids as small if not smaller doing the slide and zipline - with the ‘manager’ watching. This place is a joke.

A ‘manager’ felt the need to have a power trip and somehow determine that my daughter was ‘too small’ to do the zip line and slide. We have been here before and showed video of her doing them both on prior visits, but he still stuck with ‘because I said so’.

It’s a fun place, but their ‘managers’ need a strong lesson in customer service along with some soft skills training. Giving some young ‘manager’ the ability to say ‘because I said so’ is not a great business model at all. I certainly question the hiring ability of the true management of this location. Horrible experience.

**Edit based on company’s response. I can understand height/weight/age limit for safety reasons. My problem is that your employee did not specify which was concerning to him and simply said it was his call. More so concerning is your lack of consistent policy. We have visited previous times in which nobody has a problem with my daughter doing any of the activities she was being prohibited from doing. If there was a specific reason that went against policy, the employee did not indicate what it was. We even asked for the written policy stating exactly what was preventing her from doing the zipline or slide, to which he said there wasn’t any - simply it was his call. And again, we provided video of her doing these things during our previous visits. That said, I believe the employees actions as well as your response are highly...

I took my kids to Sky Zone because it was just a brand new trampoline park but I didn't realize it is about $25 a person (no matter the age) for 90 minutes of jumping plus, 7$ jump socks. I paid about $75! For a little over an hour! For 2 kids! So it adds up! Plus your kids want snacks and water etc which is pricey as well... you can easily spend over $100 in less than 2hrs here. I don't feel it was as big as I thought it would be. Very cheesy stuff all squished into one area. My 6 year old loves the Dodge ball part! He is the reason I went, but... he is still so little for all the stuff that is geared for older kids. Basically everything he "tried" he got hurt on. I love that they do not charge for every little thing you want to do, like other trampoline parks do. I also love that they have a fairly affordable price for the monthly membership if you live close, but... that's money out the window if you don't make use of it, and the stuff there can get old really fast. The staff was friendly and happy. STAFF WAS eager to help you have fun and sell you memberships! Lol. Since it is still a new park, I imagine staff will be less enthusiastic as the months and newness wears off. For a special occasion I think this was a quick way to burn energy off, and to do something to get the kids off the tablets! . But for a rainy day or "just because" type place, save your money for other indoor parks. SKY ZONE IS Very expensive!!! Especially if your entertaining more then 1 kid or if your child wants you to join in. Not that...

I really hate to leave a negative reviews, but I took a day to stew over whether I should say anything or not and I think it’s important to note. We took my son here for his 9th birthday. 2 kids and 6 adults (aunts and uncles and grandparents.) About 20 minutes into our 90 minute time, my son and my brother in law both got pretty hurt on the zip line. We stuck around for a bit, but ended up having to leave early because my son was in too much pain to do anything else. The zip line is fairly high and the pad that you land on isn’t very soft. My son landed on his head and instantly got a headache and a sore back. I was afraid that he had a concussion, but he did not. My brother in law landed on his knees and he said it felt very hard when he landed. He sat down and iced his knee for the rest of the day. Seems a bit much to hurt yourself falling on something that is DESIGNED to have someone fall from. I think the zip line would be more suited to have foam blocks under it when you’re falling from that height.

Other than that, it’s a very nice place. Smaller than other trampoline places, but I think that’s because the trampoline area itself is just smaller. There’s a lot of different activities. Not a fan of the hard...

As I was sitting while the girls were playing I notice the basketball enclosure and saw SO much dirt and dust. I actually took a picture, see attached. Seems like the great old crew has gone and everyone here today is a new face. We are members and brought a friend that had a 1 hour pass, never before has this happened, but but 2 employees approached our neighbor quest and said she had to leave because her time was up. Never had anyone done this before. I asked the mgr ( never seen her before) if we could just allow her to stay another hour, with my kids, nope! We had to drive back to our neighbors home to retrieve another 1 hour pass. Mind you, there's maybe 50 people here counting the adults sitting. So I am disappointed. I am aware of us bringing friends on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I was hoping I didn't have to drive back to our friends home to get another free pass.

This is a great jump park that is surely the cleanest facility in the whole city. All the activities are in really good condition, and there are a good mix of activities. For being such a small space, they cram in a ton of stuff. I have young kids up to teens and all of them like this particular park. Also a note on staff is that, yes, many are young, but compared to most places they do pay good attention to the kids and keep things safe. Even the café guys were really nice and went way above my expectations in making sure we got the food we wanted. And man, the pizza we had was super good. Honestly, I'm usually expecting cardboard with some cheese on top, but this was like a restaurant pizza. Entry price is normal, and if you live close, nab a membership for one of the best deals out there. Highly recommend!

Overall great experience here for a birthday party we attended. Lots of fun things for the kiddos. Friendly and helpful staff. Out only complaint was the group of about 20 teenagers monopolizing the basketball court. Luckily they were all there and not taking the whole place, but they were playing pretty rough and I saw a couple younger kids get hurt just walking near them.
