Stash House Az — Attraction in Phoenix

I really wanted to like this place I’ve been following them along long time ago on IG they have outstanding nails/ designs there, since I was going on vacation to the beach I just wanted a simple short look. I made the appointment and showed up little bit earlier because I read reviews saying that parking lot was tricky. I entered the place and the only person actually saying hi was an adorable small white dog and one of the nail artist (Buda) who nicely asked me who was my nail artist and told me to have a seat. Time for my appointment (chica artista) and she didn’t even say hi or how is it going, she was quite the whole time a single word besides the design/color etc. I don’t know if this is how it works here but for the amount of money that I paid plus 20% of tip (which she didn’t earn at all) I was expecting a least a nicer treatment from the nail artist and receptionist (which I didn’t see). I wasn’t going to post any review just unfollowing on ig and that’s it, but i received the email for my next appointment this morning. And this is the way my simple gelish nails look after...

I started going last year for my birthday and got addicted.

I'm a cosmetologist but never really got my nails done before going here. I don't like acrylic and it's hard to grow my natural nails out because of my work. I got après as a bday gift to myself thinking it would be a one off. I was surprised with how durable they were and how well I could work with them and since I love that I get to wear art all the time I decided to keep it up.

Booking is super easy. I book directly through my artists booking link on line. Every time I go I book out another appointment or 2 ahead so that I can get a new set or a fill every few weeks.

My artist is Adree, she's amazing, but she stopped taking new clients recently. I know there are a lot of other great artists there and I follow several of them on Instagram because people are always asking about my nails and I want to refer them to someone good. The nail technician Liv decided to very unprofessionally text message bar me from services due to her personal opinion on a private crisis of mine that she knows very little about, only really having knowledge of speaking to me at appointments. The technician also made it known to other members of the salon as well as other clients and mutual colleagues, very violating to my privacy as her client. There was no prior mature verbal communication that could have been had to this which is very heartless and immature for having maintained a technician/client relationship for 5+ years.
