I brought my 4- and 6-year-old children here today. The first 40 minutes went well — a group of kids, including mine, were playing tag and having fun. Then, suddenly, another mother approached me and my son (while he was trying to tell me something) and aggressively yelled at him, accusing him of hitting her child. My son immediately started apologizing, but the woman continued yelling, saying he wasn’t truly sorry. She then went to the staff to report her version of the situation.
I stayed calm, tried to talk with my son, and get his side. While he was visibly upset and crying, an employee named Mason came over and began questioning my son directly — without acknowledging me or asking for permission to speak to him. My son told Mason the other child hit him first and that he had repeatedly asked the other boy to stop playing with him. My son then broke down in tears.
Several other mothers approached me and confirmed that they witnessed the woman’s aggressive behavior, and that my son had not been the clear aggressor. They also expressed that the situation was not handled appropriately by staff, and that I remained incredibly calm given what happened.
After gathering myself, I spoke with Mason to express that I felt disrespected as a parent — another adult yelled at my child, and then an employee spoke directly to my 6-year-old instead of involving me first. Mason told me he “was allowed to override me as a parent” and that my son was the aggressor, even though my child said the other boy hit him first — and even Mason heard him say this.
Mason then claimed that the other child is autistic and that the woman’s aggression toward my son was understandable. I explained that my son is also autistic, and that does not excuse an adult yelling at a child. Mason said it was my fault for not standing directly next to my son the entire time. I reminded him that, like all parents, I had been nearby but occasionally sitting down — as most do at play places.
He repeatedly told me I was “playing the victim” and even accused me of lying. He claimed everything was recorded and mic’d — but when I asked to view the footage to clarify what happened, he said I wasn’t allowed and that he could handle things however he wanted.
Ultimately, we paid for three hours but left after just 40 minutes because it was not a safe or respectful environment — not for children, and certainly not for parents trying to protect them. No apology was offered. I was gaslit and blamed, and multiple witnesses were dismissed as “giving opinions, not facts.”
Kids are learning — accidents and misunderstandings can happen. But this should have been handled with care, empathy, and adult accountability. Instead, it was hostile, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. We...
Read moreIf I can give this location a ZERO I would !!!!!! I would never return back ever in life ! it was the worse experience ever ! We went one time during the summer and the kids loved it . it was cool so our kids won an event from their school and we were all excited to go ! Knowing we were able to invite ten guest and having our own room we were promised 90 minute play which we did not get . It came with two pizzas for ten guest so I’m thinking I can order more once I arrived since I wasn’t told if I wanted to order more when I made the reservation I was told I couldn’t order anymore because they pre order the pizzas and if I want to bring outside food I have to pay $75 and the best the gm Alexis can do was $50 . Alexis was very rude and snappy since the moment we walked in . We got into an argument so I returned back to the room and ten minutes later they came back in saying they will waive the fee it’s okay to bring outside food and all to come out cause they never made the order for my pizzas !!! We arrived at 5 and didn’t get pizzas till 720 and was told we can stay in the room till 730 since our time was 5-7 . How does that make sense ! mind you it took me 2 weeks to even make a reservation due to not being able to get ahold of ANYONE. I was provided manger Tyler number which I never got a response back .Chris from reservation made the booking because she felt bad which I had to send proof of winning the event . It was just the ABSOLUTE WORDT EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! Everything is dirty and not sanitary. They have no supervision. Just don’t do it ! I will be calling whoever I can because ALEXIS NEEDS TO...
Read moreWe have come here since the first day it was open to the public. For the first few months it was amazing !! Today, April 3, 2023, this place has gone down hill. Nothing works anymore , everything is broken , and the worst part is the discrimination this place enables and encourages their employees to act out on handicap children. If you have also been discriminated against here due to a disability I highly advise contacting the justice department.
We will never come back here again and management especially enables the discrimination into handicap children. Employee Vince especially should not be working around humans , including but not limited to children, and any human with a disability. Vince and management insist on a hostile discriminating environment while you visit here. Stay away if your child is special needs. You do not want this place, a place that is supposed to be fun, to traumatize your special needs child the way this place intentionally and consciously traumatized mine.
They also got rid of their amazing employees like Ms Tina who was a god send for children !! She was a huge part of why we drove 40 minutes one way to come here. Instead they swapped people like her for employees who openly display their hatred onto children as well as discriminate against their disabilities which are out of the...
