I am extremely disappointed in this place I have been going to this location for over 3yrs, and to be treated the way I was just because I tried to let the receptionist know about my last experience the gel paint they used on me was old he and the the lady who did my nails (very short hair tomboy) attacked me as if I was asking for free or something. Keep in mind I went to fix them the first time my nails messed up when I went in to fix my nails, I was nice about the situation and know things happen. When I got home not even a full hour they were already bubbling up making air pockets causing the layers to peel yes I called 3times no answer I said forget it I'm not going back to do them again I have a busy schedule and I will see them in 2weeks just to let them know the paint is no good nothing more not asking for discount nor free service .to be treated and attack by both because of me informing them, receptionist said u should have called I said I did 3times I showed my call log he goes yeah for 2seconds I said no that's when answering machine picks up, he tried to argue that I said I'm going to call now dont answer so u can see call is not timed during ring after I showed him he says u should have left a msg, I said I understand I should have left a message if I was trying to get a discount or my service free. He has the nerve to tell me well do you want your services done today yes or no. And as for the lady she comes up with an attitude not even trying to understand the situation automatically is being rude when I tell her I told her the first time I came in to get them fix the paint was old she goes u have been picking at them no lady they been peeling since the layers are still wet between (2weeks late) I said u know damn well my nails look like this the first time I came in u can see the clear coat anyone who has done a gel manicure knows u can pull the paint off like a fake nail. She says if ur going to be cussing I'm not going to talk to you, I said dont talk with me than. That was her way of getting out of that conversation. I said (Damn) That was the cuss word I used seeing how I have two people going at me.Again still trying to reassure them I'm not asking for free or discount just letting u guys know my service was bad it clearly states in their price book gel nails last up to 21 days I didn't even get a full hr. I took my services yesterday reason being I had a big event happening that day and was not going to be looking around and waste my day trying to find a place that had an opening when already had an appt or else I would have left and not wasted any more money there, and i said it will be my last time here. when I was getting my manicure done even the lady agreed this was not normal for a gel manicure me n her talk about the situation and even she was more understanding about the situation. I even went to the receptionist to tell him since the lady tomboy was with a client I was not there to cause a scene simply giving them heads up and this is how I got treated for being a loyal customer I definitely will never step foot in this place nor will I ever recommend this kind of establishment to anyone and yes me and my family...

Where do i begin... went with my daughter to get a pedicure, was given the chart to chose which price. I chose the $22 , basic. As well as gel polish for us both. The lady who did mine, was horrible. She first off did everything backwards, which ok... I thought let it go (did your nails before massage) Started applying the polish and was very careless with the light, it would scrap polish. I politely pointed it out to her and she basically ignored me. She painted over it, which looked awful. The second time i pointed it out she had scraped 4 polish off 4 nails. That you couldn't miss. She agian just slapped more polish over it. By then I was extremely frustrated. She did not listen when i asked if she was going to use paper towel between my toes to keep the polish from smudging ( which happened) The guy doing my daughters nails next to us leaned over to see, which i was hoping would address it. I politely told her that i did not mean to be rude but could i have someone else. Ignored. But this time, both of them. I asked her to just stop and start over. Ignored. The massage was literally non existent. I figured just get through this and never come back. I went to pay and it was 74, maybe the gel cost an additional $25?? I should have questioned it (on me) but i just wanted out of there. My polish looks bubbled up from layers of gel. Polish dripped and cured around...

Hello all. I normally don’t post reviews and I was still really hesitant! This is bittersweet for me because I have been coming her for 8+ years, and loved my nail tech! “I won’t mention her name”. I had a pedicure done on 11/8/23. While I was getting my cuticles trimmed I was cut on the left inter corner of both big toes. It was so painful that it hurt to walk. After a couple of days, my toes started to blister up on the right side and on the left side it was so swollen it was covering some of my nail. My husband call the salon and spoke to Bill the owner as he is still really upset that this happened to me. Bill insisted that I come in and show him my feet. Like he didn’t believe we were telling the truth! I ended up at urgent care twice for this and was treated for a Staph infection and prescribed antibiotics. I have never experienced this ever and have been going to salons for years. Please make sure that you see your tech open the sanitized packaging. I scheduled an appointment and everything was already set up when I got to the salon. This has definitely changed the way I view salons and I’m terrified of getting my nails done again.
