I was doing uber eats delivery pick ups, this Thursday night around 11pm and my night was going so smooth, had no problems at all the stops I went to. I come to this location and head to the drive thru and was super friendly and mindful of how to speak to the employees. I say the customers name who I am picking up for, and was met with a very rude reply from a female member here. I continue to ask questions, being they say someone already picked up the order, me having not experienced this before, just asked them again if the previous person confirmed with them the customers name and again was met with a condescending and rude reply, the woman speaking was so snobby and didn't offer to just simply explain what had happened but instead was responding as if I was disturbing her time or something, keep in mind no one was behind me in line , just me in my car trying to figure out what had happened, I also had a family member with me who heard how rude this female was speaking to me. So then I also ask her about my other customer if the order was ready(I had 2 pick ups at this location), and she rudely responds with "it's not ready you can wait out in front for it to be done" how unbelievable! The restraunt- dining room is closed, keep in mind, and they tell me this!So I proceed to wait and then time passes and I continue back towards the drive thru to go around and I see both women just sitting down talking with each other, I should have got a picture but I just canceled both my orders on Uber eats and did complain to Uber about this. My advice would be Jack in the Box to review how your night shift workers are taking care of things so you won't loose customers. The service here was horrible and these workers are being paid to just to talk to each other while they sit and talk to our delivery drivers like trash. I never want to come to this location again nor will I ever deliver here again at NIGHT...
Read moreIt's an ok burger joint that does what it's suppose to but in my opinion the burgers patty tastes dry if you don't put any cheese on it and some of the pictures of the food on the coupons look totally different then how they actually look(especially the tacos). If your craving for Jack in a box and there's a long line I recommend you turn your cravings towards something else because when there's to many people waiting for their food the employees working there just can't seem to take the pressure and they mess up the order. I recently ordered a fish combo as well as 2 jumbo Jack's with a buy one get one free coupon and two tacos (what can I say I'm a hungry boy)and the employee confirmed the order but when I got home the only thing in the bag was two 🌮 tacos some 🍟 fries from the fish combo and not even the main part of the combo it self but some random breakfast burger that Ive never tried before. So I paid full price and I was missing two jumbo jack's a fish combo and instead had some random burger. So I went back to the restaurant and they fixed it but they took away the other burger which let me just say what are they going to with that? Throw it away? I really do like it when restaurants let you keep the food they messed up because it's just a better way of saying sorry but nope they just took it and threw it away. So I get back home and well I didn't ask for cheese on one of my burgers but they still put it. And I still don't find that acceptable that they STILL messed it up because what if I didn't like cheese? Issue: Natalie took my order I received extremely greasy tacos. Soaked in grease as if they'd been redipped. They were brown and turned up. I am very passive and timid and I've worked in cust serv. So I did my best to just eat them anyway. Halfway through I was getting sick. I brought the last two to the front. I told Natalie that I was sick to my stomach and was forcing myself to eat the greasy soaked refried tacos. She showed no empathy or concern about me. She just ask did I wantONE remade. I said no, and she refunded me for 1 taco. This was my last money to buy food. I asked her name thanked her. And then asked to buy a drink which she let me have. I left hungry and ready to cry.
To Natalie Show empathy (you never know what people ate facing) If a customer complains ask how you can resolve the issue. (And do you best to make it right Apologize and take accountability for the issue at hand let the customer know you're happy to help.
