Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

So me and my sister came to the subway at 10:00 on July 6th and the girl that is working supposedly her name is Princess she has red hair she has a really bad attitude with customers she makes the sandwiches really sloppy she parked way too much vegetables on the selling kids when you tell her lightly this girl should not be working at Subway and dealing with customers every single day I know that the guy that was working about 2 weeks ago his name was AJ he was a really great guy great customer service made my sandwich beautifully had no bad attitude and even said have a great day the girl that's working today I asked her for her name and she was hesitant and told me that her name was Princess which I know that was a lie so if you want to be treated like crap go ahead and deal with her but like I said she has a really bad attitude and she does not know how to make a sandwich to save her life I will never come in here again as long as she is working if she is working the day that I come in I will turn around and...

Shoutout to Aj and Ashok, who made my visit truly memorable. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service were evident throughout my entire visit. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to ensure that my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. Not only did they suggest some great ingredient combinations, but they also accommodated my dietary preferences without any hesitation.

HORRIBLE rude service. Unfortunately this location is across the street from my house less than 5 minute walk. The employees here are slow, seem unsure of themselves and they are extremely rude. If I ever see a manager here I have A LOT to complain about! In the mean time I'll just have to go father away to a different subway store. The lettuce and tomato on my sub were both turning brown. This IS NOT FRESH! The problem isn't with the chain, but with this location in particular. Poor quality veggies and HORRIBLE...
