Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Phoenix

I had high hopes and should have read the reviews. I originally booked a birthday party package online for my son and was excited about their Glow Party and so was my son. It wasn't until that evening, after we checked in, that I was told this location does not do the Glow Party anymore and only offered at their Chandler location. No one called prior to inform us, if there was an attempt, there were no messages left.

We had at least 9 jumpers yet were given 3 different colored bands so they had different jump times. One of the bands was yellow, which were told later that, the Yellow band time was up 4 hours prior. We had only been there an hour. Luckily, they still let the child jump after the confusion. They were also limited on what they had to offer for drinks and out of most of the flavors. They weren't busy that evening.

As the evening went on, there was Mexican music that played in our party room(I have no issues with Mexican music) but not everyone in the party wanted to listen to it. (We had some kids with Sensory noise issues) Once I confronted the front about it, they stated that the party room next to us had requested music since their TV wasn't working. Unfortunately, there was no way it could be changed in our room since it was being played on a central system. I felt that if one party can be accommodated, all of the other parties should be able to have the same luxury as well. Needless to say, we weren't happy but dealt with it.

To say I was disappointed with the experience is an understatement. In the end, my son and his friends still had a great time playing so that's all that mattered. Fortunately, they were able to discount us our package since we didn't get to have...

Idk seems like this place is for kids/teenagers RUN by kids / teenagers. It is absolutely disgusting. The food area, the tables, the bathrooms.

I'm ready to call corporate because these employees are just kids and are not being held accountable for not doing their job.

The fridge is barely stocked, there's no ice cream, the hot food?- there is none. The menu screens were all blacked out. The tables were dirty. The floors! Eww ! Sticky everywhere behind the counter. There was no ice, nonstraws, no lids. And it's the weekEnd!

I can't even imagine how often the equipment is being cleaned- if at all.

For sure. Last time I come to this location.

Which sucks because this location has the floor layout all spaced out and I can see my kids playing from anywhere. I go out of my way to come to this location.

This sucks cuz when it first opened, everything was so nice and clean but yet there were adults working at that time. I know teenagers can be some of the best people to run places, but at this location, it seems they do...

I had 22 kids at my party I also paid for five pairs of socks 5 of my kids had their own socks the other mother paid for seven pairs of socks for herself three of our kids did not want to wear the socks because they have autism so they wore different socks manager came over and asked us that we need to leave because we need to purchase either more socks or she can reimburse us if we bought seven more pair for half price just confused that she made us wait 25 minutes trying to figure out the process my kids lost out on 25 minutes of jumping around because she kept telling them that they had to go to their parent and or buy more socks, the craziest part is 13 of the children have a disability so we were also having behaviors and meltdowns as we were sitting there trying to talk with the manager it didn't seem to bother her that our kids were having issues at the same time. Will not be returning or using that company ever again it was a bad experience my son he expressed that he did not enjoy...
