Oh my gosh, I wanna work here. It is such a cush job. No helping the customers, the aisles are marked they can find it if they look. The Pharmacy tech, I am sure he is not a people person and me neither. He mumbles from about 20 feet away, what ya here for? A ice cold beer, xtra large pepperoni pizza and some wings, haha just joking with ya cuz your not to smart bro it's the pharmacy, I am here to Pick up a perscription that shoulda been ready but again it wasn't, every month the same thing. While they are counting out the pills I say be right back gonna get me some toilette tissue, rather than wait for him to count out the pills figure I'll save about 45 minutes cuz I don't have to stand in the line at the front also. Oops, big mistake cuz I grab the TP get back to the pharmacy and he pulled down the gates and it was 8:58 by, my watch. Talked to the cashier up front, and he loojs at his watch and sats it is nine sir. To this I say, right on there buddy, it just now nine, i walked to the front after standing there befuddled for a moment and told you the story and it is just nine. This is where I get hopping mad this store has caused so many issues it is really absurd it is still open and shouldn't carry the Walgreens name. To bad my insurance company has a deal with the pharmacy and I am stuck. I literally want a job I can go to and be rude and ambivalent as possible to...
Read moreI felt the need to post this because of so many negative reviews aboult the pharmacy. First off, for some reason, if you call the pharmacy directly it will be forwarded to a call center in God knows where. So don't assume you are dealing with the pharmacy directly. Call the store and ask to be transfered. Second, I have many serious medical conditions. Yes this could be unessesary info, but I am in and out of this pharmacy almost every week. Luis is hands down the best pharmacist Iv had. Keep in mind there might be a different one on call when you go. Many of the assistants I have gotten to know and are awesome. They have helped me threw many insurance and prescription clashes. Sometimes you will get a new person/transfer or someone's thats horrible. You alwayes get a few bad apples no matter what in life. Good thing is they don't lastong which is great. Next, with so many people involved with medication and medicine these days you can't blame the pharmacy first if something goes wrong. Your script goes threw many people, company's, and faxes/calls. Any which can mess up and hang up the whole process. If your considering this to be your main pharmacy, I would definitely recommend. Last, be real people! Anywhere you go, nothing can be %100 to...
Read moreI would not recommend this pharmacy at all. They mixed up my sons prescriptions several times. They kept refilling the wrong prescription For mine. I had to keep going back to get them to fix it. The pharmacist is rude, very opinionated & arrogant. It is a big inconvenience of me to go to another pharmacy. But the last straw was when I brought in a prescription to fill my Dr. had upped my sons prescription to the next dose I dropped it off they did not have it in stock I waited a week went in to pick it up and the pharmacist in charge had said I needed to bring in the rest of the old prescription before he could fill it I believe it was maybe around 6-7 pills left over.. And I am perfectly Able to destroy my own old prescriptions myself. I have been filling prescriptions for most of my life and know that this is not normal protocol. I was caught off guard and very surprised as this is a very low dose non narcotic maintenance drug my 11 year old son takes one pill daily. it is Very inconvenient to go home get the remaining few pills then go back and then to wait for them to fill it for another day.. I am going somewhere else from now on. They should have kept the previous pharmacist. He never made this many mistakes and wasn’t rude...
