I’m a pretty big chick-fil-a fan and use to go to the metro center location till having 1 too many issues. On a side note if I lived where I use to I’d definitely be going to the first location I ever visited which is on 59th Ave and thunderbird, grade A every time all around! Anyways, I’ve visited this Bethany home location so many times I couldn’t tell you if I tried. I came here to leave a review to say, thank you Chris Hall for the rewards, although sadly 8 of 10 of them expired before I even seen them as I don’t get notifications about it just emails which I get hundreds of emails daily so it’s usually missed and I do have my notifications turned on so it would be nice if they sent me app notifications for these rewards so I could happily enjoy them rather than feeling sad for missing out. This review is based on all of my transactions at this location and not just a single visit. Most of the time I have no issues and the staff is always friendly. They’re typically crazy busy nearly every time I visit and can take up to 20mins to get through the line, but other times (probably when fully staffed, no call ins etc.) is under 10mins. I order ahead on the app 98% of the time as I like to know my order is placed 100% correctly each and every time. So every time there’s an issue, I make damn sure to address it, because I spend way too much to be getting the someone else’s food which I won’t eat, getting my order incorrect which again I won’t eat (I can’t stand pickles, and have gotten them a few times over a few years and always make sure to order without). I do wish this location had an inside area for ordering and eating as I don’t love the long drive thru wait, but it seems to be an even longer wait if I pickup at the window which isn’t the case at other locations. For them being an outdoor dining location the coupled times I have ate there were for breakfast and had no issues with pigeons that others review about. I try to park there and eat because it’s typically super fresh and hot making it BOMB, but I prefer to eat at home and by the time I get home in 20min it’s not the same.. the sandwiches are still great when I get home, but not the fries. I go here for breakfast more than anything and love their chicken minis, it’s such a shame how insanely much the price has increased and the 10ct use to be a better deal than the 4ct, now it’s the same, and it’s a shame how small the majority of the nuggets are especially compared to the breading. I have resorted to ordering an additional 5ct nugget to rectify this issue making it even more expensive. I wish they would bring the prices back down as I always sign up for rewards for places I frequent and feel the value was spot on 6yrs ago, and now overpriced which is to be expected since prices consistently increase everywhere sometimes up to once or twice a year, it’s crazy!! McDonald’s is just as expensive though, that’s ridiculous, and this is a much better option. From other reviews it seems that it’s a good thing I don’t order salads. I want to circle back to when I have issues here, prior to my last issue, I would call and they would put my down for what it was that was wrong for a free replacement up to 30days, they always first suggest for me to drive all the way back to them for a replacement which isn’t worth it as far as I live, but it’s always been fixed. Now this last time when they gave me someone else’s sandwich along with my friends sandwich I was once again left dinner-less. I called, but they were already closed so I went back the next morning and spoke to the manager and was told I had to call this number for the issue and was given a card with the number. I asked why I couldn’t be given one of those plastic cards for a free sandwich and was told they don’t always have them which I was unaware of as it’s what I’ve been given many times. I called although annoying after all this, it was handled well, and I’m a happy chick fil a...
Read moreIt’s always hard to write a review when it’s only been your second time to a place and the first time was just ok. This visit was not.
I had gotten a free breakfast sandwich from this location so I was like, free breakfast I’ll take it.
I ordered on the app and got there. Waited outside where it was cold, (how the heck do they not have Park and give a number like all the other chick fil a) because there is no indoor seating at this location.
walked up to the window waited there for 10 to 12 minutes before someone finally open the window. She seemed extremely lost like she didn’t know how to start the conversation asked who I was picking up for finally I said my name she said it was being bagged.
This Chick-fil-A had maybe four vehicles in the drive-through and no one waiting outside yet still took that long to get my meal ready. I have seen the one on 16th St. and camelback be so busy that cars were lined up blocking the turn in and have been through that line faster.
I don’t know if the employees here need better training or what the situation is but this was my worst Chick-fil-A experience. And when you looked in the window at the employees working it looks like all the front of house people we’re just kind of...
Read moreI ordered via Uber Eats. I did receive my order fast and I was so excited to eat it. I ordered the breakfast chicken bites with hashbrowns. My first bite was into the chicken, and unfortunately, it was raw in the middle. I am so disappointed that I was not able to finish eating my meal. I was so grossed out and have had an upset stomach all day. I did file the issue with Uber Eats, and they refunded me. I also called the store directly and spoke with an employee. The employee was very kind, and he transferred me to their Care line. While I appreciate his kind demeanor, I think he shouldn't have said there wasn't anything he could do except transfer me to the Care line to report it. I think he could have offered an apology and a manager or even a complimentary meal. Basically, I am saying the customer service could have been better. I called the care line and spoke to Daisy. She listened, apologized, and said she would pass my experience on to the store manager. I use Uber Eats a lot, but this was my first time ordering from Chick FIL A. Unfortunately, this experience has ruined my confidence in the quality of food at this location. I am sure this isn't ordinary for them, and I am sorry I had...
