Placed an order for delivery and when it was delivered, I was missing all of my sauce. Not usually a big deal but as this was an order for a big family, there were a lot of sauces ordered. I asked the delivery guy, who was working for doordash since they fired all of their delivery guys, and he said they didn't give him any sauce.
So I call the store. The number for the store doesn't go to the store, it goes to a 'customer care center' which seems to be a call center somewhere that is not here. But the person there tells me that I need to talk to the manager in the store and they transfer me. Phone rings a couple times and goes to a busy signal then disconnects. Weird.
So I call back, go through the same routine with another agent and tell them the call to the store was disconnected. At this point I'm very upset. The agent tells me that he can put me through to corporate so I can leave a complaint. I don't think that's actually gonna do anything but sure. He transfers me. The line for corporate rings a couple times before going to a busy signal and then disconnecting.
At this point I'm pissed. I get through to another agent and tell him everything that happened, along with being disconnected several times. He tells me that there's no other options to help me and that the only thing that they can do is to transfer me to either the store or to corporate. I tell him that is not ok because both of those numbers go nowhere. He tells me that he's sure they're just busy so I should 'just not worry about it. Don't worry about your missing items or refund. Its ok. Just call the store in the morning when they aren't busy.'
This is ridiculous. I don't want to be 'that person' over some sauce but it was over $20 in sauce for a large family. I just wanted either it to be redelivered or just have that money refunded to my card. Instead I got the run around while Pizza Hut STOLE FROM ME! This is not ok. They used to have ok customer service but ever since they switched over to using doordash and the call centers, there is no way to get any help. I guess that's what Pizza Hut wants. Read moreThe place doesn’t even deliver anymore to the apartment complex that I live in and then when you go in person to pick it up because that’s apparently the only option that you have now the manager always has an attitude Like he’s being disturbed that you’re coming in to pick up your food I tend to order the Cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls a lot, and I always have to fight them to actually put frosting on my cinnamon buns and I always order a side of the frosting and they always give me the icing and they’re like we don’t sell the Cinnabon frosting by itself. We only sell the icing so then I have to show them my order where I paid For extra Cinnabon icing and then the pizzas most of the time are hastily made, and the toppings are either sparse or just on one side with a little bit. Sprinkle on the other side. I’m honestly never gonna return back to this location. I will drive out of my way to Sunnyslope to go get pizza now or down to Indian school because it’s ridiculous that the manager always has an attitude and so does his employees And then they argue with you over what you paid for like dude how hard is it to throw a premade thing of Cinna buns into the oven and then put icing on top all on top and not just in the middle. The location on 6650 W Bethany Home Rd, Glendale, AZ 85301 pizza hut has the worst food and customer service ever. We ordered pizza, wings and bread sticks but did not get our order for almost 3 hours. We ordered online through pizza hut and they had Door Dash pick up our order that we had already been waiting for an hour and a half just to have it canceled. When we called door dash they said that they couldn't even find my order and that my name wasn't even in their system. We went to the store and the customer service was horrible, the staff was so rude and had our order already made but it was sitting in the back for who knows how long when we had been asking where our order was for about an hour. They gave us "our order" but it was the wrong one. By the time we finally got our order it was cold, not even cooked and the wings were disgusting. While at the store there were MANY angry customers waiting for their orders that were cold. One of the staff members even told a customer, "what do you want me to do about it?"
