La Carniceria Meat Market — Attraction in Pico Rivera

I purchase meat and cheese last night 9/11/24. I cooked 1/3 of the meat. As we all grabbed to eat every piece of meat smelled and tasted like pinesol/fabuloso some type of soap I got so mad threw it all in the bag. I thought the cheese was safe to eat took a piece out to taste it was worse than the meat. This morning 9/12/24 went to store and returned the meat and young lady at the front helping gave me a hard time in what was returnable for a refund or not. Needless to say I got my money back. As soon as I walked out of store into my truck I see all the employees inside laughing at situation. I don’t think this is laughing matter. This situation spoil our night. I had to spend more money and time going to a taco stand. Been coming to this franchises for year never had a problem until now. Also come to find out two days ago someone else made review for same thing. Lady helping me says they change meat out everyday I think not. I will be...

So, I went to this store to buy some ranchera preparada. I saw some in the fridge outside and pointed it out to the butcher, telling him how much I wanted. He went to the back and grabbed some from the inside fridge instead. I thought it would be fresher, but it was already black! I asked him to give me the one from the outside fridge instead. He changed it, weighed it, and took it to prepare. I paid for it and took it home, only to find that the top two slices were good, but the bottom meat was black. I tried to cook it, but it was obviously bad. I also bought some ribs, and thats the only reason they're getting an extra star, because those were good. I had four slices of ribs and two of ranchera preparada because as I mentioned the rest was already bad. I fed the good meat to my kids and husband. $65 later, I ended up eating a sandwich and making mac and cheese for one of my daughters....
