The park was great, but on our second of a 3 day pass we purchased hundreds of dollars in merchandise. The register blanked out right after the purchase and the sales lady said the order didn't go through. We tried to confirm and told her our side said approved, but she made us pay again. We checked before planning to go to the park for our final day and our vacation acct was empty. I called, I drove to the park and asked. Showed them that they both cleared, and was told " It should fall off in 7 days". No money no 3rd day at the park. We luckily had enough for a cheap dinner and to fill the rental the next day. A expensive dream vacation cut short, a third day park ticket lost, and a sad 7 year old. All because the Butterfly Emporium double charged us, and might refund us in 7 days. I called the bank and they said they could challenge the charge but that would take a few days. We where to fly...
Read moreOn June 22, 2025, I was in this store and made a purchase. The total was debited from my bank account but didn't show up on the store's system. The manager was called and she cancelled the transaction and rang it up again with a larger discount for the trouble. I was assured that the original charge, which I showed them the pending charge on my account, would fall off because the transaction was cancelled at the store. When the charge cleared my bank, we called and was told that they would investigate it. It is now July 2nd and this charge is still out of my account and I have had no kind of contact with the store about a refund or anything. They don't answer the phone and apparently haven't completed their investigation. At this point, I am tempted to not renew our Diamond passes again and will never spend money in this store again. Read moreI would usually do 5 stars but this was one of my worst visits. We have season passes so we go often. At least half of the places to eat were closed. We had a very hard time finding a place to eat that wasn't an hour plus wait. Also I went through all the trouble to make reservations online like the website says you should and it didn't seem to matter. When we told them we had reservations the woman that you pay for parking said they weren't checking that. So what is the point of doing reservations??? And 1 other things, the website shows that the bubble show would be there and it wasn't on any of the schedules. My kids love the bubble show and that was the main reason we went but the website wasn't accurate. I was really disappointed at this trip. Hopefully the next time will be better. Honestly, I doubt we will renew our season passes...
