Spotlight Bakery in Dollywood is so worth a stop if you’re craving something freshly baked while in the park. I started my day with a plain croissant, and honestly? It was perfect. Flaky, buttery, and just what I needed as a little walking-around snack. I wasn’t expecting much, but it really surprised me.

Later, as we were leaving the park, we decided to grab some of their famous cinnamon bread—definitely a Dollywood must-try. We got two kinds: one with icing (classic and delicious!) and another with apple butter. Here's where it lost a star for me: they charged almost $2 for a tiny 2 oz cup of apple butter... and it wasn’t even filled up all the way. You maybe get 1 oz if you're lucky. For that price, I expected at least a full serving. It just felt a little stingy, especially when the rest of the experience was so good.

Still, overall the baked goods were amazing and lived up to the hype. I’d definitely go back, but maybe skip the apple butter unless they decide to give you what you...

It was like they didn’t want to help me finish my order at all. Four people standing behind the register couldn’t make eye contact with my wife and I. Kept talking amongst themselves. After waiting a good amount of time I finally asked for a bag and they ignored me. I grab one bag myself and finally the lady told me the price. I’m really baffled over how rude some of the food stands have become at the park.

The candy shop across the street we had much better service and the people were happy to chat and answer questions. So we enjoy our...

Good service and friendly staff, but the quality of the baked goods seems to have fallen off a bit from years past. Maybe the bakers are having to produce on a larger scale for the current status of park wait times, but the cookies which used to be soft and gooey have been a bit hard in recent visits. The taste is still great, and the cinnamon bread is a treat, of course! Hopefully a warm, soft, gooey cookie will be awaiting us on our next visit but if not, it's...

The Spotlight Bakery at Dollywood is one of our favorite places. The atmosphere is really nice, like an old time bakery. The selections are great with everything from a twenty-five pound apple pie to their famous cinnamon bread. The place is busy but the line moves very quickly and the service is friendly.

Wonderful place to purchase cookies, muffins, cupcakes, Danish, brownies, cinnamon bread, and the biggest Apple pie I have ever seen. If you buy the whole pie, they give you the skillet it was baked in! They have made specialty items for the Flower & Food Festival, going on now through June 7th.
