Spotlight Bakery in Dollywood is so worth a stop if you’re craving something freshly baked while in the park. I started my day with a plain croissant, and honestly? It was perfect. Read moreGood service and friendly staff, but the quality of the baked goods seems to have fallen off a bit from years past. Maybe the bakers are having to produce on a larger scale for the current status of park wait times, but the cookies which used to be soft and gooey have been a bit hard in recent visits. The taste is still great, and the cinnamon bread is a treat, of course! Hopefully a warm, soft, gooey cookie will be awaiting us on our next visit but if not, it's...
