My family had a general sampling of their ice cream and it was as if someone who had never had ice cream before opened a shop. The single kids cone was fine, basic ice cream, but the hot fudge sundae was little more than hershey's syrup served room temperature over ice cream in a stale sugar cone bowl. It was neither hot, nor fudge.
We ordered two shakes, hand dipped, but not made by a person who has ever had a shake before. When I worked in an ice cream shop I learned that a milkshake is shake base (unflavored ice cream), milk, and flavoring placed in a blending machine. This place has decided to take an innovative approach, with flavored ice cream and water in equal volume, pureed in a blender. The taste is like one would expect of wet, discount ice cream.

Read moreI got a box of fudge with 6 pieces. It included pumpkin latte, apple pie, Caramel smores, cookies and cream, peanut butter, and chocolate. I also got a chocolate covered oreo for me daughter. She loved her cookie, and the fudge was AMAZING. Especially the plain chocolate, it tasted like the chocolate fudge frosting my grandmother used to make. So good! It was a bit pricey at $33, and that included a gold pass discount. They also don't let you sample (which is unusual when buying fudge) , so you could end up with a flavor you don't like. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars...
Read moreThey do have one vegan item in the shoppe. Potato candy filled with peanut butter. It was very tasty, but I should have gotten only one and shared. (It’s pretty much straight up a dough made of powdered sugar. The potato was not noticeable at all.)
