Market Square Big Skillet — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

The only thing this place really has going for it is that it's accessible. The food is limited to 2-4 options at most of the places like this around the park. There's no way to work around dietary restrictions, since any of the skillet cooked meals here are cooked in large batches.

This is frustrating when lines are so long that you can't ask questions prior to your 20 minute wait to order. Not very speedy, and the food is usually overpriced. The menu options change with the festivals, so sometimes delicious and sometimes not. Unfortunately...

The wait for the steak, pepper, potato Flatbread was long, hot and very sunny. We had the chance to observe the process and feel that the food service people could do a few things to expedite the process. We observed 4 employees waiting for the potatoes to finish cooking. They are incredibly slow And i hate the fact that I cant order it with CHEESE AND MEAT ONLY i dont like onions or peppers why do i have to eat something i dislike? Never coming back I was able to convince the women to make it plain otherwise i would of loved to pick out all the vegetables and just leave them on the paper, not everyone likes those veggies and thats stupid to force it DEFINITELY NEVER...
