Dogs N Taters — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

Hubby had the vegan corndogs and really liked them. (I had a tiny bite, and really liked it too. This was back before I fully added gluten back into my diet, or I would have devoured the whole thing.) the Mr said this was the best food he’s ever had at a theme park. (But as vegans, our offerings are usually pretty weak)

The batter had a nice sweet corn flavor to it. The dogs had a pleasant flavor and texture, the fries were well cooked and well seasoned.

Took 5 minutes to cook, so plan for that if necessary (they cook them fresh, which is a really nice touch. Always nice to have food that hasn’t been sitting out and...

A large all beef foot long dog and curly fries for $10.99 which isnt bad if you split it but there are better things to eat at Dollywood. The free toppings consist of mainly ketchup and mustard and there is nothing really inspired here. If the harvest festival is going on get the tasting pass for $40 which comes with 5 tastings and get the brat with spiced cabbage served on a pretzel bun and served with home fried potatoes. Then try some of the other items like the loaded sweet potato or pumpkin spice pork sandwich. It’s a vacation… explore…

Or just go to A&W near the park and get a kids meal hotdog, fries, and...

The corn dog and fries that we ordered tasted very good and was a good lunch option for Dollywood.

What made this review 3 stars and not higher is that the employees worked at a snail's pace to make and deliver the food. There were two people in front of us and it took at least 15 minutes to get to the register. I find this longer than expected considered almost everything is fried, except for the hotdogs.
