I had the pleasure of speaking with Alicia, who was so gracious and naturally friendly — none of that robotic customer service you often get elsewhere. Everything felt genuine and sweet (pun intended!).

We were already thrilled with our visit — the flavors, the presentation, and the overall experience were amazing — but their kindness went above and beyond. After we left a tip to show our appreciation, they surprised us with a little extra bag of the beautiful hard candy crystals as a thank-you gesture. It wasn’t about the treat itself — it was the thoughtfulness behind it that made the moment special.

This was our first time here and everything about this experience was amazing! They have so many options and sizes of cotton candy to choose from, not to mention all the flavors you can choose as well! You can also watch them make the cotton candy right in front of you which we thought was so cool!!!! My daughter loved her cotton candy and can't wait to come back!!! The owner Austin was so nice...
