Shame that this location has such bad customer service. I took the kids on my own after the Crayola Experience on 5/28/24. It is right nearby and decided to take them for paletas since I had a reward coupon for a free paleta. When I got to pay/check out I asked the sole employee there to please input my reward coupon. Little did I know, she didn’t understand me.
She did asked me for my phone number which is linked to my account. I then asked twice if she took off for the coupon on my account. She just smiled and motioned for me to pay. I should have pressed the issue then but I had 2 small children that were at that point wanting their paletas. Things can get stressful with juggling the kids/paying/etc. She didn’t ask or give me a receipt. When sitting down to eat, I had a feeling she didn’t use the coupon so I asked once I was done for a receipt… which then showed what I thought. She didn’t apply the coupon. I have no idea if she even entered my phone number correctly at this point.
I brought it her attention and this is where I realized she didn’t understand me. She kept motioning for me to sign up for the rewards program. I explained that I was a member and I opened the app to show her my reward. I explained that I asked twice to use it. She then told me to come back next time. I think she was telling me this because she thought I earned it that day for signing up?? At this point I was done. I tried to again explain I had that reward prior to even coming that day. Why would I ever come back to place that makes it impossible to use a coupon/reward system?
The reward expired that day and was the reason in the 1st place I brought the kids. I asked to get a manager contact. At this point she called someone. She then proceeds to give me a cash refund… but gives me a refund for the free s’mores topping (I had 2 coupons). I had to again explain I wanted to use coupon that was expiring that day (also higher value). The worker then non-happily pulled out what’s close to the correct amount in cash to refund me.
I took the kids to play right outside and she rushed out a bit later to interrupt me on the middle of a phone call to get my number for the rewards program which I assumed was to take off the free paleta coupon (coupon literally expiring that day). I incorrectly assumed to also give me reward points for my order.
I wrote an inquiry on the main customer service page in the app to get the points for the order on 5/29/24. Got an automated response someone would reach back out to me. Been over a week now with no response or change to my rewards.
Definitely a shame since the paletas are yummy but that whole experience on my own with the kids was...

We stumbled into Paletas Morelia at the Florida Mall and walked out blown away. This place is an absolute gem—a frozen dessert experience that goes far beyond anything you’ll find in a typical ice cream shop.
I had the coconut paleta, and it was nothing short of creamy tropical perfection—dense, real, and refreshingly natural. My wife went for the cheesecake paleta and was equally obsessed. It had a rich, velvety center and the perfect touch of tart sweetness, all wrapped in a silky white chocolate shell.
What truly sets Morelia apart? Quality. Period.
✅ NON-GMO ingredients ✅ No high-fructose corn syrup ✅ No artificial colors, additives, or preservatives ✅ Handcrafted with care and serious flavor integrity
These paletas are next-level—dessert for people who care what goes into their bodies but still want to indulge. The presentation was sharp, the service was friendly, and even the trays looked cool (those signature Día de los Muertos eyes 👀👌).
We’re already planning our next trip back just for these. If you’re in Orlando and haven’t tried Morelia yet, you’re missing out. Run, don’t walk. This place is...
Read moreIf you're looking for a delicious frozen treat this Summer, this is the place to go. We got the Greek yogurt berry one , white chocolate dipped topped with graham crackers. It was so creamy and I don't like extremely sweet but it was perfect it tasted like a berry cheesecake in popsicle form. I don't know if I would go frequently but maybe once every few months since it's 8.75 per pop. I appreciate the quality though and wish we had something like this where I live in Gainesville. I like that they have a variety of pops from lime, mango to a new Messi one which is strawberry with condense milk. They have for all tastebuds and cravings. I love that you can have it dipped and topped with your any topping of your liking.
I will also note I left a review on Yelp as well and I as pleasantly surprised that according to the owner the artisanal paperas are made with an Italian sorbet and gelato base daily. They are GMO free, free of additives & preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and artificial coloring/flavorings. This place is top notch and offers such a premium quality experience that...
