Sunglass Hut at Macy's — Attraction in Pine Castle

I purchased a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses for $297.14 at 4:02pm at Macy’s at the FL Mall. They were brand new in the original packaging. When I got home, I noticed a slight imperfection on the rims. I had purchased the only pair available at the FL Mall, so I went to their Millenia location to exchange the sunglasses for the same style without an imperfection. The salesperson refused my exchange even though the glasses were brand new, in the original packaging with a receipt within 2 hours of purchase. Exchange attempted at 6:15pm. They said the salesperson at the FL Mall should not have sold me a damaged pair of glasses and I would have to return them at the FL Mall. I wanted to exchange them. However, their refusal to exchange lost them my business permanently. I drove back and returned them at the FL Mall successfully. However, the treatment I received at The Mall at Millenia location solidified my decision to NEVER shop at any Sunglass Hut going forward. Even with a 30 day refund/exchange policy and most of their sunglasses being displayed, you better thoroughly check your sunglasses before purchasing because they may refuse to honor an exchange/return within hours...

I really wish I could remember the young lady’s name that helped me so much here! She was working in the afternoon to evening on Monday, June 5th, 2023 . I came to pick out a pair of sunglasses but then decided I’ll go shop for my bathing suits first then come back to match a pair with the bathing suits I buy. Dee is hands down amazing!! She was so kind and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a sunglasses that was brought from the sunglass hut at Millenia Mall. I went back to the sunglass hut at Millenia Mall and had no help whatsoever. I basically brought a $200 pair of sunglasses for it to be a total bust. Well not with Florida Mall sunglass hut.
